had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it.
Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

It was not as expected, the inner pool & jacuzzi facilities need cleaning and maintenance.

The reception is quite lazy, else than that everything was okay. Make sure you call them right after your booking for confirmation otherwise you might have to wait for more than 30mins on hold.

We had a pleasant stay, but it seems that the hotel is understaffed. There were no staff members in the kids' playroom, and the bright light from the Aircon controller kept us awake at night.

Clinton did a seamless checkin for us and very well spoke guy. Upgraded one of our rooms too which was great. Rodolfo helped with our bags and Hussein took us to the beach in a buggy which was great. But too cold and windy to enjoy the beach and the pool. So best not to travel in January to this hotel. The rooms are not very big especially the standard rooms.

This place is a gem for families. Wish we booked for longer but due to our schedule we only spent 2 nights here. The location is beautiful the staff are friendly. We stayed with bed & breakfast which was lovely. The other guest were also very nice. My daughter where’s the burquini and felt very comfortable in the environment. I on the other hand do not but also felt comfortable. We were at the hotel in early July so it was super hot.
The only critical thing was when on the balcony you cannot keep your room door open due to the moisture of the sea. Otherwise excellent I would definitely recommend

One of the best Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah ..overall good stay at Marjan Island at King Suite with good partial Sea View, Good ambience, park , Turtle beach, nice Swimming pool awesum experience with good food restaurant especially the Italian joint. Nice pavement walk near sea side options with minimart and to ride Bicycles options. Kids park is there as a leisure.
A must visit as a getaway far from city stress life and perfect 2 day staycation - Marjan island @ its best !!
