It’s was great stay in your hotel … stuff really helpful ,Mr.mazzen , Mr.shaban ,Mr.mina , rabab , Samir and nevien restaurant stuff and for sure finally beautiful warda at fanar restaurant . It will not be the last time to be here on personal reservation or business deals

Actually, this is my first time to the Steigenberger El Lessan Ras El Bar, I was told it is an excellent hotel, but didn't really expect it to be that great experience . . . this is seriously one of the best hotels in Egypt, every member of staff cares for guests' satisfaction,

The rooms are clean and wonderful and the gym is clean and has all the services, but some sports equipment is lacking for sports people, and the service is good from the workers and the receptionists work with a smile and respect. I hope to visit the Ras Al-Bar area again and I will come to the same hotel.

مكان رائع ، الفندق جميل والخدمة أكثر من رائعة ، المطعم أكثر من ممتاز ، الفطار متنوع وعالي الجودة ، الفطير في مطعم الشاطئ ممتاز جربنا فطير مشلتت بالاضافات عسل وقشطة وجبنة ، السمك مميز جدا في مطعم الفنار بالدور السادس واشكر استاذ محمد بالفندق علي حسن استقباله وتعبه معانا .

The stuff of buffet is perfect and helpful , Rabab is so friendly and cute. The stuff of housekeeping is good , Noreen , Amar and waleed is perfect and so helpful and they work conscientiously. The beach is so comfy and the drinks and food there ‘re tasty

the reception is very good and very good looking but about the rooms used for change was very nice with the Change the staff in every where very helpful and the restaurant girl (Rabab ) very nice and helpful with all and chef Mona working very hard under pressure
