Location is convenient as it is located near to many restaurants but, next to it is a Thai restaurant and bar. Night time was noisy and loud musics disturbance. And there was a live little cockroach crawling on my bed!

.He hasn't cleaned in three days. He could only get a towel if he asked for it every day. Most of all, the room is too small.

Location wise is ok, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, but noisy at night. Luckily we are not light sleepers. Public parking is a bit difficult at night, we had to turn few rounds around the hotel to get a parking lot. The worst part of the room --- dusty! Dusty on bed, on floor, on table... Basically whole room was dusty. I'm doubt when was the last time they did housekeeping for that room before we checked in. I have to use wet tissue to wipe around the room before I put my things on the table. Pillows and duvets were dusty as well. The room seems not cleaned for long time, but floor mat was wet when we enter the room. Toilet tissue almost finish, we have to ask for extra roll from reception. 

I checked into this hotel for night. As it is a budget hotel, one does not need to expect much. I was given a room on the 1st floor, facing the main road. It was be a bit noisy at night as i could here people singing nearby.  The only thing that i was upset was the kettle is rusty inside.
