Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Service
Ich habe kürzlich im Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen – ideal für eine erholsame Nacht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders beim Check-in und beim Frühstücksservice.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit einer guten Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Besonders gut hat mir der Kaffee geschmeckt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch – sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung im Badezimmer, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck kaum beeinträchtigt.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sternen.

I always felt the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making noises. Although it was very quiet, it always affected my rest. Fortunately, I was too tired, so I fell asleep while lying down. At the same time, there was a lamp in the middle of the bed, so it was easy to hit my head.
