Propety is nice. Staff is very cooperative. After checkout they dropped us to railway station. Food quality was very good. Even in restaurant the staff cooperated us very well. Overall our stay was nice. Will be happy to revisit and stay at this property again.

Polite and helpful staff. Food was good. But found in our super deluxe room: bed mattress hard, no balcony door locks, mini safe door was not functioning.

Nice Hotel, pleasant stay, clean & tidy room, food is ok , staffs are very cordial. The menus in complimentary breakfast also changes everyday and they are quite elaborate. Room service are done everyday and foods orders are served in the room are neatly arranged.

Overall experience was very pathetic while traveling on goa mumbai highway we booked this property. The picture showed are very nice and good looking but we checked in 210 that was pathetic room with leaking every wall and smelling very bad i complained at reception they told us that theire manager will refund but we didn't received any refund their manager was very rude and loud on us so will suggest don't book this hotel anytime u will get too many options in chiplun they are very good and cooperate people.
