The hotel room was nice big and clean however had to struggle a bit to lock the door as it was misaligned. Reported multiple times to reception but no one supported. In house restaurant was good with variety in menu however the service was extremely slow. Overheard few walk-in customers mentioning that this slow service is routine for the restaurant

Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga.

Vits is very excellent, clean neat, spacious room, near to market and main maruti chauk, staff is very helpful, restaurant is also in 3 floor, restaurant is also very good ambious, taste in restaurant is good stay was very enjoyable. Thank you vits

I paid executive room but tv is not working food package with mm t but dinner package but option for package holder is very limited and got quality is also not good

There was a terrible smell in the room for entire period that we stayed. This was due to same chamber for a restaurant's kitchen at top floor. The smell was so bad that we had to ask for air freshners frequently.
