Booked the executive balcony sea facing view. Once i reached there i was told you would be getting no view. When i asked for room change they straight up said no to the request. A complete terrible experience. No bakery food available, no service given

The staff was so good that they upgraded our room as we arrived. The view from the room is absolutely amazing. I would recommend everyone who’s going to stay there to take sea facing room only. Food was also good and service was on point. 10/10

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! the ambience was really nice, creating a relaxing atmosphere near mandvi beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The sea view from the room is really beautiful.

We booked 2 nights here with sea facing view from 23 to 25 septa and our stay was excellent. Food served here is delicious in harsha restaurant. Sea facing room is nice one. Hotel and restaurant staff is also polite and professional. Enough space for car parking. We will definitely come back for stay here.

It's the best location in ratnagiri as it is facing the sea beach on the famous mandavi beach. The staff is very cooperative. Food quality is good. Seafood tests are authentic konkani flever. Nice place to stay in ratnagiri.
