1) food very good in restaurant, though its not very cheap and you have to shell your pocket 2) staff at front desk not very helpful and polished, kind of raw in speaking and conduct 3) service staff for room, other auxiliary staff very good, down to earth and excellent. May be staff in point no 2 mentioned above needs to learn from lower positioned staff! 4) rooms seem old, furniture basic, torn, beds are horrible, and so is the bad-matresses. 5) toilet seat very small, designed to minimum

Check in was at 2 pm, but we arrived early around 12 pm and after waiting for 5-10 mins to complete the formality, we got our room. Room was clean and comfortable and best part - it was in city center, so in terms of travel-ling and shopping it is in very good location. It's a pure veg restaurant and food is very good, breakfast is complimentary. Overall - stay and food both are excellent and would recommend to future travellers.
