Ratnagiri Hotels with Wi-Fi

The location of this hotel is only good thing, Rest the hotel is pathetic in terms of service. I was travelling with my old parents and had a stay for 2 nights at this hotel. But these 2 nights were a torture in this hotel. Below is detailed list of issues I had at this worst place 1) Usual check-in is at 12 PM. They called me and asked what time I will check-in. I confirmed will be around 1:30 PM. When reached hotel at 1:30 PM, room was not ready and we had to wait for 30 mins. 2) When checked-in AC was not working. AC was fixed in front of us, which was again not great at cooling. 3) Inspite of having my Car number in register, I get a call at 11 PM if my car number is so so. What is use of having my car number in register then. And what's point of calling me at 11 PM to confirm details. 4) 2nd day non one came to clean my room and we had to find people and get room cleaned. Which happened late in evening. 5) 2nd day one of the executive around 11 PM just barges in my room checking of lights are working or not. Then he realized he is wrong room. Complete hotel staff and management is a mess and no one cares of customers. Food is also not great at taste, rather a small restaurant has better food quality.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the exactly front of SeaShower of Karde beach Dapoli, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist Mr. Netaji, he had make our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the our destination visits like food, tourist spots and so on. Even staff of the hotel was also very much cooperative. The room of the hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! And will soon again visit there. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for the staff of the Vits Excellensea for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The stay was nice, the staff is really helpful on the site and the food is also good. Best part is the view from the rooms and the access to the beach is also good. However if a swimming pool could be made this would become an excellent place. They could also try to help the guests by making some birthday cake arrangements and decorations better for celebrating any special occasion. Overall a good experience.

Near to baga,anjuna and many famous places. Also staff has given very nice service. Food was delicious. You can enjoy morning breakfast buffet as complimentary. Also you can enjoy pool with Jacuzzi and music

property is nice but seems shortstaffed due to off season, rooms had issues with mobile network as property in outskirts but all they were facing wifi network issues , so no connection with outside world… food / restaurant staff was very good and supportive… as property is quite big & covered with trees , visibilty at night is very low when trying to move within the property… they have lights on walkway but located at bottom hence very less illumination, it would be handy to carry torch light… overall nice and comfy stay as property is located at malgunda beach
