The hotel is located in an interesting place, but only to sleep it is enough. The main is right around the corner, good to jogging. The area does not seem very invited, for it is the house inside as well as the room renovated. The bed is very comfortable, but not suitable for a size of over 1.80 m. The bathroom is a little old, just like the furniture. Not a right (writing) table and a full (kit!?) dressing box. For this is a microwave and one, sleep disturbing, refrigerator available. Good for self-sufficiency. Despite influx snee, the flyers are more to see than to hear. They turn. Well, before. Only the first flyer shortly after five wakes one shortly. And the room is very clean. Conclude: better than feared.

Travelling with two kids, we had a long layover on Frankfurt and looked for a family friendly accommodation with restaurant, free airport shuttle service, adjoining rooms and some activity for the kids (in this case a pool). Shuttle from airport to hotel worked well, but our adjoining room request ”got lost in the booking”, despite booking directly through the hotel website and not via one of the big platforms. Staff was stressed and just brushed wishes aside. Restaurant was closed for private function, didn't even serve sth to take to the room. Rooms were clean-ish, when we moved beda together we found used tissues underneath. Pool was then closed for major part of the next day and return shuttle to the airport was not free. That info is buried deep on the hotel website. All in all, not a very pleasant customer experience. Especially staff could have been more empathetic towards family with two small kids. Won't be coming back, for sure.

I stay here for 2 weeks i met a lot great people who worked there. The employee who called Soran and Gallo did a great job at the Bar. Gallo who is the F&B supervisor was always kindly friendly and so helpfull. Nida who worked at the reception was also grateful and a very accommodating receptionist . My next stay will be here at the Holiday inn express.

We were here for two nights. It was acceptable clean, breakfast was overview, it was very full and the tables were not cleaned, also missed by the beet. The food in the restaurant was underground. There was promised a fresh pizza, a burned deep-cooled pizza was served after infinitely long waiting time. Since I had already delivered my insulin, we couldn't return the pizza. The parking house is very narrow. We were here with our C4 and came very shortly through. A woman with a SUV had been trapped in front of us and had to get help because she couldn't go on. In general, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The hotel isn't at the airport but is in nearby Raunheim, which is either a shuttle bus ride away or Euro35 by taxi. However, room rates are very reasonable, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable with decent breakfast and helpful reception. Rooms are comfortable. Around Raunheim there are a number of good places for local cuisine and beers. This is much better than being stuck at the airport. The shuttle going to the airport costs Euro5, but that is fair enough as only the users pay the cost. Overall, good Quality Price Ratio and an enjoyable stay.
