Una situazione piacevolissima sotto tutti gli aspetti. Dallo squisito approccio nella fase di check in alla graditissima sorpresa di stanze quali quelle a noi assegnate e che mi permetto di segnalare vivamente contraddistinte dai nn. 1 e 2 che si rivelate essere spaziose e con tutte le peculiarità di un servizio contraddistinto da un livello elevato come contenuti e servizi. Posizionato nel pressi di un grande parcheggio e prossimo alla Tomba di Dante, consente con la sua posizione di poter apprezzare e visionare tutte le bellezze presenti in Ravenna. A completare il giudizio eccellente la empatia e professionalità che il personale ha messo in luce sin dal primo contatto. Ottima la colazione servita in ambienti oggetto di attenta e curata destinazione a tale scopo oltre che punto di incontro per gli ospiti. Una esperienza completamente appagante. Complimenti.

Ottima posizione centrale. Servizio impeccabile. Gentilezza e disponibilità. Arredamento classico molto ricercato. Un po’ complesso trovare parcheggio ma la struttura fornisce permesso per parcheggiare nelle zone blu. Colazione buona.

Struttura che non ero mai stato, la vedevo spesso ma non immaginavo fosse così bella ed accogliente. La proprietaria Giuglia è stata di una carineria eccelsa, molto bella la stanza che mi ha riservato, N 3, letto enorme e super Comodo, ottima Colazione ed abbondante di tutto. Questo è un posto che consiglierò e ritornerò ogni qual volta dovrò venire a Ravenna!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ottima struttura , veramente elegante e molto curata i particolari vi stupiranno . Avendo girato innumerevoli strutture questa è veramente al top, il bagno poi è la ciliegina sulla torta spazioso , moderno , sopra le righe e qui ho trovato tutti i prodotti di cortesia ,non mancava veramente nulla ,addirittura il rasoio .La titolare è di una squisitezza unica . Complimenti . Dimenticavo mai trovato un letto matrimoniale cosi grande XXXL e comodo.

We stayed at this beautiful place one night prior to a cruise, and so glad we did. Our tain was delyed and hour leaving Bologna so the host graciously allowed us to check in late, even though she was not there. She gave us instructions on how to get in and where to fine the key etc. When we arrived late in Ravenna there were no taxis so we had to walk to the guesthouse, it was only about 7-10 minute walk from the train station and we felt very safe. We were blown away by the classically beautifuly room we walked into. Not only was it beautifuly decorated it was huge! The beds, sofa, were both new and very comfortable. The area was really quiet so no disruptions! The bathroom was big modern and had high quality amenities. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, a variety of juices, milk, cereals, a really nice spread. They also had luggage storage! The guesthouse is right around the corner from a great pizza place, and all major attactions are within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend Martins I know we will definatly be staying here our next time in Ravenna!

A charming lady showed us to a great room with a very large bed. Car parking was easy, and cheap. Super air conditioning. Good location and good breakfast. Ristorante La Gardena had a good menu presso fisso.

Bellissima sorpresa ed esperienza nel centro di Ravenna. Gli appartamenti si trovano in un antico edificio completamente ristrutturato. Appartamenti molto spaziosi e arredati con gusto. Bagno super enorme e pulizia generale molto buona. Colazione molto buona che permette di scegliere tra dolce e salato. Completano il tutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Super consigliato

Martins Residence è da consigliare! Stanze spaziose, molto eleganti, pulitissimo, funzionale nulla che non vada bene. Accappatoio in camera, ciabattine e tanto altro. Yulia una signora veramente gentile, raffinata ed organizzata. Sempre molto attenta alle necessità dei clienti. Se io e mio marito dovessimo tornare a Ravenna, città stupenda, torneremmo sicuramente al Martins Residence. Grazie Yulia

Posizione: a due passi da S. Apollinare Nuovo. Appartamento elegante, molto curato, pulito, silenzioso. Ottima e ben assortita la colazione, gentilissima la signora Yulia. Sicuramente da consigliare per una visita alle meraviglie di Ravenna.
