Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per la seconda volta con la mia famiglia dal 4 al 6 ottobre 2024. L' hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal centro storico. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e ci sono tutti i comfort, non manca nulla , ci si sente a casa. Il personale è gentile, accogliente e professionale, molto disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. C'è molta attenzione nei confronti del cliente,dai più grandi ai più piccoli. Tutto è stato perfetto, ci torneremo ancora. Grazie ancora per tutto. Un saluto ad Andrea.

This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful Palazzo in a great location. Spotless room and a terrific breakfast. However, the highlight is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. We had a car issue and two Hotel employees, Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours assisting us to ensure that the car was attended to by EuropCar. We would have been very hard pressed to get the agency to respond positively without them. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make us whole even if it wasn't any issue with the hotel. Also Matteo at the front desk was a wonderful advisor on restaurants. If we ever return to Ravenna, Hotel Palazzo Bezzi will be our hotel. Highly recommended

Struttura molto accogliente, dal design elegante e minimal. Camere spaziose, pulite e provviste di tutto il necessario. La colazione offre una buona varietà di scelta con prodotti di qualità. Sono stati molto apprezzati l’aperitivo gratuito organizzato in giardino e l’attenzione alle necessità dei più piccoli, davvero eccezionale!

The Palazzo Bezzi was a favorite hotel on our trip to Italy. The staff are kind and lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed and the breakfast choices amazing and delicious. We walked from the train station to the hotel and all over Ravenna during our 3 night stay.

Modern (on inside) new hotel, clean, convenient, quiet. Large room with comfortable bed. BR large, and well appointed. Exceptional front desk help (thank you Alina), breakfast very good with good choices and service. No downside, would recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Exceptional service. They were able to check us in early. We booked a Superior room and it was very clean and comfortable. Well decorated and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was also amazing! They made our stay in Ravenna extra special and even helped us with booking car service. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ravenna.

The hotel was very nice. Updated and modern. The location was very convenient to the sites for visiting the mosaic treasures of the city. A healthy and generous breakfast was served every morning. The updated rooms included round beds which were a bit unusual but the bathroom was very convenient. One caution is that there are steps up to the front door, more steps to the reception desk and still more steps to the elevator. That is the only flaw in the renovation.
