A very nice hotel with plenty of parking spaces. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Very friendly reception. Comfortable beds, soundproof windows. There can be a wait in the breakfast room before a table becomes available.

Hotel reasonably clean and quiet. Located 10 minutes walk from the city center, it offers an excellent breakfast managed by a very kind and efficient young lady; We stayed in a very nice attic room whose only flaw was the slightly old fridge, everything else was comfortable and clean. Very friendly day and evening receptionists. Advised.

Unfortunately we were placed in the residence. The property is located further away than stated. The bathroom needs to be redone, no Wi-Fi, no kettle or microwave. Washing machine with chipped parts and visible rust. Shower not in good condition nor the cabinet over the sink. However, the apartment was clean.

3 things I think are really important in a hotel when I travel. Cleanliness, courtesy and location. Undoubtedly the Mosaico hotel has them. Very friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and good location in relation to the city centre. However, although these things are very important, one cannot help but note that the hotel needs to be modernized. In many cases the fixtures and furniture are really old and run down. The room was really very hot and there was no air conditioning. Which meant having to sleep with the window half open which has no blinds and therefore too much light and noise. The hotel is in front of a busy road and 100 meters from the station. We need new and adequately soundproofed fixtures otherwise, as in my case, you won't sleep a wink. Finally breakfast. It definitely needs to be reviewed. Little choice and no brioches or croissants whatever you want. However, I want to close on a positive note by saying that it is truly very very difficult and rare to find such extraordinarily kind and helpful staff.

Excellent value for money! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well air-conditioned, equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The service provided in the room, the cleanliness and the courtesy set are respectable. Good breakfast, with sufficient variety of choice between sweet and savory. The reception and breakfast room staff were very courteous and helpful. The location, although just outside the centre, thanks to the underpass, allows you to reach the train station, the historic center and the main sites of historical and cultural interest in just a few minutes.

Located by the port, across from the train station, and a block away from Theoderic’s Tomb the hotel offers easy access to a very walkable city. You are no more then 20ish minutes from the city centre and all of the sites it offers. Highly recommend the top floor suites which have amazing light in the morning.

Convenient hotel for those reaching Ravenna by train. The room seemed to need some minor maintenance. For breakfast there isn't a huge choice, but what there is is good!
