Great stay
This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we’re well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. The people running the hotel were exceptionally caring and pleasant. We recommend Hotel Novitas. It is also in a good location and easy to walk everywhere.

Devi venire a Ravenna!
Ravenna una bellissima città, pulita, tranquilla ed ospitale. La struttura veramente un gioiellino, spaziosa e molto curata in ogni particolare, con personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale e comodissima. Di sicuro torneremo e soggiorneremo di nuovo al Villa Noctis!

Samo stati a metà novembre un paio di giorni per visitare la città. Abbiamo scelto questo struttura perché Comoda e vicina al centro città. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione perché preferivano già essere operativo per visitare la città già di mattino presto con calma. Camere ok sia a livello di grandezza che si pulizia Personale molto gentile che ci ha fao delle dritte su dove andare a mangiare o cosa vedere.

The hotel is in the old town, very convenient for sightseeing and dining, less convenient if you have a car. The hotel is beautifully furnished, well maintained and run.

The room was nice and had a good sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot. After many hours it got mildly comfortable but theirs was cooled off in 10 minutes.

A 20 metri dal centro, si accede alla struttura da un cortile interno ad uso esclusivo del b&b ed in cui è possibile anche parcheggiare l auto (se non si viene in treno). Struttura silenziosissima, gestita con passione da una coppia di ragazzi disponibili a consigliare. Colazione a pagamento, ad 11 euro se la si vuole (con menù da scegliere la sera del giorno prima). Camere pulitissime, arredate con cura, cassaforte, bollitore, frigo bar (che ormai è una rarità). Doccia ampia. All arrivo si riceve la tessera x accedere in autonomia sia alla struttura che alla stanza
