The hotel is in the old town, very convenient for sightseeing and dining, less convenient if you have a car. The hotel is beautifully furnished, well maintained and run.

The room was nice and had a good sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot. After many hours it got mildly comfortable but theirs was cooled off in 10 minutes.

A 20 metri dal centro, si accede alla struttura da un cortile interno ad uso esclusivo del b&b ed in cui è possibile anche parcheggiare l auto (se non si viene in treno). Struttura silenziosissima, gestita con passione da una coppia di ragazzi disponibili a consigliare. Colazione a pagamento, ad 11 euro se la si vuole (con menù da scegliere la sera del giorno prima). Camere pulitissime, arredate con cura, cassaforte, bollitore, frigo bar (che ormai è una rarità). Doccia ampia. All arrivo si riceve la tessera x accedere in autonomia sia alla struttura che alla stanza

Wir waren für 1 Nacht in der Villa Noctis in Ravenna- es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt, was perfekt ist, um diese zu erkunden ( aber trotzdem ruhig). Das Beste ist der hauseigene Parkplatz im Innenhof, man muss nicht erst ein Parkhaus suchen und dann alles zur Unterkunft tragen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, alles da, was man benötigt. Wenn man möchte, kann man gegen Aufpreis dort frühstücken, haben wir so gemacht. Man kreuzt am Vortag an, was man gerne haben möchte, die Auswahl ist groß, wir haben uns für Croissants, Prosciutto cotto e crudo, Käse und Marmelade, Brot, Kaffee und Kuchen entschieden, alles sehr lecker. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, ein ruhige Oase im quirligen Ravenna. Grazie per tutto :-)

This is a lovely little B&B in the quaint Village of Ravenna. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities that satisfied our needs. The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful, Michael picked us up the the Venice airport for a fee considerably less than the prices quoted from the transport firms in Venice. They made dinner reservations for us, and they offer some great wines at reasonable prices. Linda always went out of her way to help make us feel at home. Just a great place with a superb staff. If you're going to Ravenna, we recommend this property!
