Super comfortable and clean room with a strategic location. I stayed here for 2 nights attending a programme at MPM. The best location to stay if you happen to have any occasion at MPM. Easy access to food.

More perfect if able to add modified entrance for those facing difficulties to climb

The new reception counter guys were rude and harsh... The aircond switched off the main and for many hours from morning until afternoon... They switched off purposely... However I'm totally disappointed with the hotel service provided by them... Regardless of them to switch off the main without any electricity running in the room... Plus I'm having heat stroke and it's very humid and hot 🔥🔥🔥

Was at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. Speed is ok and consistent. 5) Buffet Breakfast Surprisingly for Ibis standard, the buffet breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

This hotel is awesome, despite its a two star hotel, it has a strong air con Daikin, and a ceiling fan, it has all the basic amenities like disposable toothbrush and 3 in 1 shampoo and shower liquid. On top of that I get to have a nice Mountain View from my room window 😬

The place is a bit difficult to find since there are constructions still ongoing, entered the parking lot and got scolded by the rude foreigner guard as i did not stop the car for him to get my name which is not stated earlier. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean except for the mouldy fridge. Smart TV with netflix is a plus point. The bed seriously need some adjustment perhaps with mattress topper as its not comfortable at all. Other than the rude foreigner guard and the bed, i would say its a fair stay with the given price.

I have a short trip here in 2 nights. Everything is good except the location. The staff at the counter she is so supportive and friendly. The room is clean, I asked to change the bed wrapper and they immediately change it. You can only go out of this area by grab, the tip is go to B3 and you will see the Grab standee there. Take the picture and send to the drive via the app then you will be fine, if not then the driver might get confusion. I was confused at the 1st day but after that everything perfect. Thank you so much for the friendliness and support.

The hotel has an avant-garde and artistic appearance. It is located in a wealthy area. The living room is large enough and the living facilities are complete. You can cook your own meals. It is suitable for a free travel vacation. The most surprising thing is that there is a large balcony on the 21st floor. You can enjoy the beautiful night view of Kuala Lumpur with the cool breeze at night. The world's second tallest building, Merdeka 118, is in sight. The room is generally very good, but the bathroom is equipped with two sets of disposable toilet seats, which is very considerate! It would be better if the sink in the washroom could be bigger. The quilt is a little thin. The sockets are all British style, and you need to bring your own conversion head, which is not very convenient. There is no paper towel in the room and living room. The details need to be upgraded. Finally, it is suggested that it would be more convenient if the door lock is replaced with a password lock.

Second time here. Location location location. First time we booked 2 rooms, requested for connecting rooms. However we were given a so called family room (1 bed room apartment, living room turned into a bedroom), layout was poor and we had to share the bathroom! Second time, we stayed as we had to attend a night wedding near the hotel. We were given the room facing e-curve. It was noisy with music until 10pm as e-Curve was having food festival. The room was smelly, most prob due to sewere or water leakage from the old pipping.

Royal Chulan Damansara is an old hotel with spacious room, the hotel facilities are great, love the swimming pool for it's size and the beautiful view you get from the infinity wall side. The gym is also well equipped for a good work out. i love it that they have whatsapp conceirge/housekeeping line, which means we don't have to call and wait for someone to answer the phone and accede to our request, we just need to send a msg and they will respond and fulfill our needs asap. the breakfast has a good spread, the staff are always courteous and ready to go the extra mile. will totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in PJ, Malaysia.
