New hotel, well-proportioned, like a condo, with a counter bar area for sitting and chatting, sofa in front of the TV, bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, strong and clean water, complete facilities, private, soundproof, swimming pool, restaurant on the roof.

Checked in early, thumbs up. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, and I don't know whether the hotel's mineral water is charged, the sign is not clear.

The staff are lovely, the service is very good and polite. The breakfast is delicious. The room is comfortable.

I booked this hotel, but I didn't go because I was not feeling well. They said it was impossible to cancel the reservation, which was very inhumane. I didn't go either, so I couldn't experience the environment, hygiene, and facilities.

I would like to say that it is very good. It is a new hotel that is good, clean, big room, good breakfast, excellent service from the staff. It is in front of Central, very convenient. The first time I stayed here, I was very impressed.

The décor theme is simple yet highly functional. This time, I stayed in a corner room, and although it was 32 sq.m., it didn’t feel small. I really liked the mood and tone of the room, with its light colors making it feel airy and spacious. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in, and they clearly communicated the benefits based on my membership tier, which was well done and in line with the chain’s standards. In the room, there was a hand towel folded into a rabbit shape, along with a welcome card from the Hotel Manager. However, there was no welcome set provided, which I assume is in line with the hotel’s level as a Focused Service property. The amenities are available upon request. One of the strengths of this hotel is its location, being right next to Central Rayong. In fact, it’s just a 10-step walk away. The TV is modern, allowing for Netflix streaming, and the internet speed is excellent. The gym equipment is well-maintained and complete, with a distant view of the sea. The rooftop bar serves well-crafted drinks, and the taste was spot on. They also offer a Happy Hour. The pool is not very large, but it’s perfect for a relaxing dip with a nice view. I would rate this stay 8.5/10. The only minor issue was the absence of a shaving kit, which other Hilton Garden Inn properties do provide. For travelers on longer stays or business trips, this might be something they need. Nevertheless, this is a lovely new hotel worth staying at, and I would certainly return.

This is the new hotel that I have waited to stay. When I checked in, one Thai receptionist greeted me in Japanese, which surprised me. I did not see her face first since I was taking my passport out of my bag. She was nice. It was literally great to see her again, Sunny san. What a surprise! Moreover, the next morning (breakfast time), one Thai woman asked me if I had worked with her. Sorry to forgot her name but she is the restaurant (F&B) manager. She is also nice and kind enough to talk to me at that time. I enjoyed talking with Mr. Kat at the bar on Sep 8. When I entered the room after check-in, the room was spacious enough. I usually write the welcome cards to our returning guests with my own handwriting. Hence, I am glad to have learned what else to write in there from this hotel's welcome cards. I appreciate your welcome cards, anyway. I am sure that this hotel can be one of the good reasons why Hilton Honors members like me will visit Rayong. This hotel having washer is also a good point!! I had a great time here. I will come back here in the future.

There's a new hotel in Rayong. It's in a good location, walking distance to Central Rayong. The first person I met was K. Demi at the front desk. She was really nice and gave me a corner room. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. On the rooftop, K. Cat and K. Palm gave excellent service. I'll definitely be going back there again.
