We went to Rayong in two families and had connecting rooms. 1. Our room had no bathroom door and no lamp, and they told us it’s “family room”. Even though we are family, we need some privacy during our bathroom time. 2. They have limited choices for the morning buffet, no chocolate drink “Milo” for the kid. Instead, they told us to have soy bean drink. 3. The maid will not clean our room if we don’t put up the sign asking them to clean it which we weren’t informed about the sign before we checked in. 4. The front service always defends themselves about the inappropriate services. They don’t apologize.
