The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

Nice large room., which looks and smells new. Not much decoration yet. Water pressure in the shower could be a bit better. Breakfast spread is good at reasonable quality, except that all food is tepid or cold. Even the ‘hot’ water was not hot. The ‘Cappucino’ alternative was not drinkable, more like Coffeemate. The cut fruit is drenched in salat dressing. Unfortunately they find it necessary to play the TV at full volume with crazy game shows. Too much for me in the early morning. Interesting swimming pool with glass sidewall. The pool is not very wide but good for a refreshing dip or the morning exercise and good to teach people swimming, with the glass pane to observe the style underwater.

The hotel is located in the centre of Rayong right beside the night market and other city facilities. The room has a kettle, fridge, microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery for enjoying your own food or from the local market to eat comfortably in the large spacious room - everything you could need. This place is a hidden gem! Down a very small soi and you’ll find it on the corner. The rooms are immaculately clean. Really modern! Every room has a big bed, shower/toilet, desk and chair, mini fridge and TV. This does not feel budget hotel at all. You’d pay 5000 baht for a room like this in central Bangkok. I booked 4 rooms and everyone is fantastic! Great start to our holiday!

The décor theme is simple yet highly functional. This time, I stayed in a corner room, and although it was 32 sq.m., it didn’t feel small. I really liked the mood and tone of the room, with its light colors making it feel airy and spacious. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in, and they clearly communicated the benefits based on my membership tier, which was well done and in line with the chain’s standards. In the room, there was a hand towel folded into a rabbit shape, along with a welcome card from the Hotel Manager. However, there was no welcome set provided, which I assume is in line with the hotel’s level as a Focused Service property. The amenities are available upon request. One of the strengths of this hotel is its location, being right next to Central Rayong. In fact, it’s just a 10-step walk away. The TV is modern, allowing for Netflix streaming, and the internet speed is excellent. The gym equipment is well-maintained and complete, with a distant view of the sea. The rooftop bar serves well-crafted drinks, and the taste was spot on. They also offer a Happy Hour. The pool is not very large, but it’s perfect for a relaxing dip with a nice view. I would rate this stay 8.5/10. The only minor issue was the absence of a shaving kit, which other Hilton Garden Inn properties do provide. For travelers on longer stays or business trips, this might be something they need. Nevertheless, this is a lovely new hotel worth staying at, and I would certainly return.

The staff are very good, smiling and cheerful. I liked it since I walked in. The customer reception area is very beautiful. The food looks very good. The taste is good. The kids had a lot of fun. There were many activities to do, such as playing in the pool, playing with outdoor toys, playing with toys in the room provided. They could see the sea and really felt like they were relaxing. It was not very busy (maybe because it was a weekday). There was a slight disadvantage: there was a smell from the pipes, but the smell was not strong. But it was still there, but it wasn't a big problem. Overall, it was good.
