The service is good, the room is old, the best hotel in the area, there is a good Italian restaurant, it is very convenient to play ball, you can park at the door, the breakfast is good, and it is convenient to go to the stadium

Very far away from Bansko gondola, about 20 min by personal car or shuttle bus. Advertised shuttle bus service is upon availability and only one per hour which is not nearly enough in peak season, many guests, ourselves included, did not catch the bus altough we were there 15 minutes before departure time. The bus leaves earlier than departure time when it is already full. Outdated hotel barely holding it together Varied food but mediocre Somehow clean in the rooms but a bad small from the sauna Personnel barely speaks English Reception personnel does not seem to care and barely speaks English. They gave us a standard room altough we paid for a superior room and refused to exchange the room or refund us the money difference Advertised ski storage service means your equipment is stored mixed with the rental equipment in the rental ski shop by staff who does not understand English. The hotel does not have any quiet hours. Very noisy kids playing with the ball at 23:00 near reception lounge and no one from the staff cared about it. The cleaning personnel was vacuuming at 6:00 in the morning.

Very nice hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly. It is very nice place to stay for winter vacations. They offer free ski wardrobe and transfer for us, very nice and clean room and a delicious food in all restaurants in the resort.

Very nice place to relax with good mountain site and good staff. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning with warm welcome from the Indian From Office and bellman staffs. The food was good and the best thing about the hotel is the view. The staffs were vere polite and they were very cooperative with everything. We love to visit it again. Special thanks to Mr Satyam for making us feel so special. This time we were with our family. Hoping to be back soon with our friends again.

Took my daughter to the pool, 80lv (40eu) I paid, might not seem alot but for Bulgaria you should be receiving 5star standard. However water was cold, spa doors open cold wind blowing from all the sides, changing rooms and blowdrier from stone age. Me and my daughter spent 30minutes and was forced to leave to to temperature of the premises. After pool decided to give a chance to casa di pasta (Italian restaurant) Im out of words how horrible the food is, if this is an Italian pizza then I'm a bellerina. Precooked base, dry as hell! With some sauce and toppings on top. Had one slice and gave pizza back, was still charged for it. I'm general horrible experience Better use LOCAL STAY hotel that is opposite pirin golf, has great food and service or LUCKY BANSKO 5* hotel.

A very nice hotel situated in beautiful surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and spa Center are excellent! I didn’t know there were so many different types of sauna/steam rooms! Hotel room was spacious with good views although I found the bed to be a bit hard. Bathroom had everything you could wish for including a tv?!? Played the golf course and found it to be a good challenge with some interesting holes. Only slight complaint was there didn’t seem to be any food available to grab and go in the pro shop. We had to go upstairs to the main bar and order a sandwich. 20 mins later it still hadn’t arrived and when questioned, we were told another 15 mins! So we cancelled, played the front 9 and then took the golf buggy back to the hotel for lunch there. As the course was very very quiet it wasn’t a problem to do this. We then came back to play the back 9. I know it’s the quiet season right now but just having a handful of sandwiches or energy bars or something available in the pro shop would have been good. Overall we thought the whole hotel and golf setup was very good. It would be a fantastic destination for a group golf trip if they could make the 5 hole on the other part of the site into a full 18. Then the choice to play 2 courses would be more of an attraction. Would we return?? Yes! Thanks very much!

Our stay in Pirin Golf was very nice, the rooms are big and clean, the food is nice and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back next year. The golf club is very nice. The pools in spa are big and clean. There are many good restaurants there.
