I checked in and had to interrupt the clerk checking me in because she was on her phone. Turns out that you get a cookie upon check-in? Never given. Letting me know about area attractions? Never mentioned. The fact that the street would be closed off later making it inaccessible because of a graduation was never uttered! The quality inn or LaQuinta I stayed at were more attentive.

Great rooms, awesome heated indoor pool and gym! the tv could use some updating they dont have streaming options and sadly my mini refrig was not working. other then that the staff was great! the bar and food was yummy! I went to a concert at the arena and it was so easy to just park and walk across the street :)

I was only there for one night for the art show during the Berks Jazz Fest The staff was friendly and helpful. I am disabled and they did everything to make things easy for me. The breakfast restaurant staff was wonderful and made sure I was engaged while I sat alone while my son went to prepare the bags for leaving . It was good to see they had employed a mentally challenge person to help with the bags since my other son is also autistic and need the opportunity for community engagement Next time i will get the larger room because you need it for better rollator or wheelchair mobility. Over all I had a pleasant experience and I would return..

We needed a one night stay , and it was a excellent stay , from check-in to check-out, food and drinks was good, we're planning another stay in the near future for sightseeing & historic areas .

We were pleasantly surprised by this property - it’s very nice and quiet. A little bit humid on the 5th floor but clean and quiet and the staff was great.
