Perfect location, very close to the train station and the high street. The room has a good view of the city.

Very nice hotel located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to Reading rail station, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Welcoming staff.

The location was great, close to the train station but the room was not really clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

Really central, really clean, great service and right in the centre. Two mins walk from the train station and the bus to Heathrow. Prefect stay before a flight when you don’t want to feel trapped at the airport.

Not a good experience since it was very poor wifi that can not use the wifi whole night. There is not telephone in the room that we can't call the services team for this issue.

Location was great right in the centre of the city. However, night time was a bit noisy as it's located very near bars with loud music. It was very hot at night so had to open the small window in the room so therefore it was probably noisier than usual. Didn't get a great night's sleep as it was too stuffy and noisy. Bed was comfy though.

The hotel is well located, very close to the station and town centre, however not that clean.
