My second time at this hotel. Great service from mohammed if i remember the name corect. Please keep up the fantastic customer service. My family and i are greatful for being able to sort out what was a nightmare into a peaceful check in for us. Shout out to the duty manager at night on 29.3.2024. Overall great facilities, great service. Great food.

Free car park. A retail park is just beyond the hotel. Reception staff is good as he upgraded our room to family room when he observed the booked room has only 1 queen bed.

The size of room is smaller than what I expected, but price is reasonable and staffs are friendly and helpful

No treat , jaccuzzi wasn’t working and was not changed on the booking. I booked thinking I would use this facility and mainly for it

The room was a bit cold, the food too expensive and the location a bit far from the city. However it's quite if you don't travel on the day when a football match is on.

Very lovely hotel

It’s a very nice hotel, stayed few times, have no complains, however surprised they still asking you to book yourself in advance if you want to use leisure club

It was a good stay. Would have liked a steam room. The room was beautiful. The beds are extremely comfy.

Clean nice hotel in quiet location with ample parking

The room is large, but the privacy of the bathroom is not very good. It is suitable for a family. The receptionist was very polite, the room was clean, and each person was given a chocolate as a welcome gift. Parking is free in the parking lot. Since the location is not very convenient, it will be more inconvenient for guests who do not drive. Will recommend this hotel to friends. There are tea bags and coffee in the room and two bottles of water.

The service at the hotel was very nice. There were free chocolates when we checked in, and the breakfast was of good quality. Our family of four enjoyed our stay!
