Hotel novinho, quarto grande e bem decorado, com uma bela vista da Marina e do monumento de Brenand do Marco Zero. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Não tivemos nas áreas de lazer portanto não podemos atestar quanto a isso. O café da manhã continental é bom.

Excelente, equipe realmente preparada para melhor atender os clientes. Voltarei certamente. O bar do hotel é um evento a parte o barmen que tem voz de locutor o cara prepara um café e um drink maravilhoso parabéns. Todos os recepcionistas são solícitos me atrasei no checkout e os rapazes foram bastante compreensíveis

Banheiro sem água, equipe do hotel indiferente a situação. Banheiro com o dispenser do condicionador vazio. Banheiro com 1 sabonete para ser usado no chuveiro e pia. Vendem o serviço de "fast chechout" mas na prática não existe, fiquei mais de 20 minutos na fila para ir embora depois da experiência horrível que tive na minha lua de mel sem poder usar o banheiro pós casamento. Atendentes confusos, disseram que não tinha nenhum pacote para noite de núpcias via telefone, porém quando cheguei para o check in disseram que tinha mas que agora era tarde demais para solicitar. Não recomendo, hotel novíssimo mas parecem que abriram antes de se estruturarem para tal tanto na parte de pessoas quanto em coisas básicas como a questão hidráulica
