良い点：部屋が広い。清潔。シャワーの温度・水圧問題なし。ビーチに近い。
悪い点：カードキーが頻繁に使えなくなるので、そのたびにフロントに行かなければならない。ドアの建付けが悪く開けるのに力が要る。部屋でのWiFiの接続があまり良くない（ロビーでの接続は問題ない）。朝食があまり良くない。

Este hotel é uma vergonha. Antigo de mais, fizeram somente uma "maquiagem" em algumas partes mas no geral está tudo caindo aos pedaços. Por ser associado platinum do all, me deram um upgrade. O quarto é grande e a cama é confortável. As coisas positivas acabam aí! Vou listar os problemas que tive na minha estada de 3 dias: - elevador quebrado. Dos 2 disponíveis 1 deles está inoperante faz 2 dias. Fazendo virar um caos para subir e descer. - porta do quarto que "travava". Só funcionava na base da porrada. - sem água quente por 2 dias! Quando reclamava na recepção os atendentes nem bola me davam. - pedi um edredom e levou apenas 2 dias para entregarem! Honestamente? Fiquem em outro lugar. O hotel não é barato e simplesmente não vale a pena. Se a suíte está em um estado lastimável, imaginem os quartos padrão?! A vergonha maior é a Accor permitir que um hotel desse mantenha a marca Mercure. Deveriam descadastrar esse hotel da marca com urgência. Quando fico em um hotel accor espero um certo padrão de qualidade. O que não aconteceu aqui!

Cheguei ao hotel às 11 horas da manhã e fui informado que o mesmo não tinha apartamento disponível (fico feliz em saber que a rede hoteleria da região esta operando com 100% de ocupação). Me foi solicitado aguardar. De igual forma, posteriormente a minha chegada pessoas chegaram para se hospedar. Sai para almoçar e quando voltei as 13:00hs o hotel seguia sem apartamento disponível. Porém, todas as outras pessoas que haviam chegado posteriormente à minha chegada não estavam mais presentes.

Siamo ritornati in questo hotel perché ci eravamo trovati bene, ma questa volta pensiamo che sarà l’ultima. Anzitutto manca la comunicazione con chi non parla portoghese: in reception solo un impiegato parla inglese ma quando non c’è e’ un dramma : tutti molto gentili ma bisogna prepararli ad una clientela internazionale. Cercavamo un asse da stiro ma non ne avevano…solo dopo 3 giorni hanno cambiato gli asciugamani perché dovevano avere il permesso del direttore….Positivo e’ stato il contatto col Sig. Marciò che ci ha trovato una camera all’ultimo minuto ( e lo ringraziamo ).
