O hotel fica em frente à praia de boa viagem , em uma ótima localização , perto de mercadinho , de lanches e do shopping. O café da manhã é bem variado , o quarto amplo e confortável . O sinal do Wi-Fi ficava instável e/fraco , mas fora isso , tudo muito bom. A piscina fica com vista para o mar. Super recomendo.

O único ponto negativo foi o porta cartão que ficava desligando a energia do quarto e quando chamamos a manutenção eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Passamos a estadia toda tendo que mexer no porta cartões para religar a energia.

Staff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

Localização boa, mas hotel bem aquém. Estruturas antigas. Café da manhã também não tinha suco natural, somente polpa. Para dormir com custo baixo, acho válido. Atendimento cortes. Pelo preço acho válida. Mas não tem nada de especial no hotel

O hotel possui uma localização privilegiada, bem de frente para a praia de Boa Viagem e a 1 quarteirão de um supermercado (EXTRA). Possui uma boa estrutura com piscina, hall, academia, etc. Café da manhã com variedades. Ponto negativo é de que a internet nos quartos não funciona muito bem, o ideal é que você esteja na área térrea do Hotel ou na parte em que fica localizada a piscina para ter um melhor acesso. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Possui restaurante, o que facilita nos dias que não tem interesse em sair de lá.

Tive uma experiência excepcional neste hotel. Recebi um upgrade por conta do meu aniversário, oferecida pelo funcionário Icaro, num gesto belíssimo! Aliás a equipe do hotel era maravilhosa, todos muito solícitos e sempre com um sorriso no rosto, dos responsáveis pela recepção à camareira (Uma senhora muito simpática, vale ressaltar, pena que não consigo lembrar o nome) . O que dizer da suíte em que fiquei? Sem palavras para descrever a perfeição!!! Muito obrigado por fazer do meu aniversário um pouco mais especial!
