Banheira de hidromassagem não esquentava, só forneceram kit de higiene após ligar na recepção e informar que estava decepcionado e ia embora. Deram um desconto no valor a Ser pago para compensar o problema da banheira, mas a experiência foi ruim

Estadia muito boa, equipe muito atencisa, apartamento confortável, limpeza excelente, o café da manhã foi bem servido para duas pessoas, lógico que não vai ter a variedade de um hotel convencional em um restaurante, mas ficamos satisfeitos. Só não avaliei como excelente pq a Internet simplesmente não funciona, sinal ruim, fica muito lenta e vc não consegue usar. No segundo dia o aquecimento da água não funcionou, nada que atrapalhasse para um banho de chuveiro, mas para a banheira, sem aquecimento ninguém merece, mas entendo que pode rer sido uma eventualidade, no geral ficamos satisfeitos.
