Local excelente, ótima localização e um atendimento de primeira. Quarto aconchegantes, o restaurante não é grande mas é bem organizado, a academia é bastante confortável, quartos bem organizados.

Hotel possui uma excelente localização, permitindo fácil acesso a praticamente todas atrações de Recife. Precisamos solicitar a troca de quarto pois o que nos entregaram tinha cheiro insuportável de cigarro. Prontamente atenderam nosso pedido. O café da manhã estava dentro das expectativas, considerando a faixa de preço praticada.

Hotel fora da região de hotelaria clássica do Recife. Ficamos nessa região pois nos atenderia em restaurantes que gostaríamos de visitar e por estar, também, próximo ao marco zero e outras atrações turísticas. Os atendentes foram muito prestativos, entramos no quarto bem antes do check-in pois o quarto já estava liberado. Achamos limpo e honesto pelo preço de alta temporada. Tem estacionamento, não tiramos o carro pra nada, andamos de uber todos os dias. O café da manhã é satisfatório, bem ok pelo valor da diária. Considero o hotel para poucos dias e para quem não quer investir muito em hospedagem na região, é ideal para quem precisa de um lugar só para um banho e uma noite de sono depois de um dia cheio de paradas turísticas por Recife.

Foi uma ótima experiência. O motivo da minha hospedagem foi passar o carnaval, já que tinha festa do Carvalheira na proximidade. Adorei o quarto, muito funcional. Café da manhã super completo. O atendimento do pessoal do Hotel foi muito gentil. A decoração de carnaval estava linda. Recomendo o Villa D'Oro.

Of all the 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during our February 2024 tour of the Northeast Brazil, Villa d'Oro near Olinda was the plainest, least memorable experience. Small rooms, basic breakfasts, cheap furniture, a miniature pool, and minimum service sums it all up. Ironically, Villa D' Oro charged us more than other really nice hotels and resorts that we stayed at in Recife, Praia Pipa and Natal, likely because of the Olinda carnival, which was happening while we visited. Villa D'Oro is just an OK place to sleep and that's that, no value enhancement, not even smiles at the front-desk and definitely an overpriced basic hotel that we would likely not be staying at again now that we have discovered less expensive resorts that offer so much more value. Take it for what it is, just a small, clean, safe hotel that offers a 2-3 star experience, and as long as you have no great expectations, you would he ok with it.

Hotel simples e cumpre com os requisitos de conforto, localização, higiene e atendimento dos funcionários. As Camas são muito confortáveis. Banho gostoso. Quarto amplo (701). Atendimento prestativo. Percebi que ele é bem procurado por pessoas que viajam à trabalho. A única coisa que poderia falar pra melhorar é o café da manhã, pois não tem tanta variedade. As omeletes do cardápio da janta são deliciosas. O Estacionamento é pago. A academia é pequena mas bem equipada. Recomendo muito.

No geral o hotel tem boa estrutura e localização, porém há muitas falhas de manutenção e gestão: - Funcionários (quase todos) não tem cordialidade e bom trato com os hóspedes. Chegamos em família, com muitas malas, e nenhum funcionário se prontificou para nos ajudar. Tivemos que levar todas as nossas malas sem ajuda nenhuma, enquanto funcionários assistiam sentados. - Academia precisa de manutenção. Tem apenas uma esteira e estava sem nenhuma condição de utilização. - Piscina estava suja. - O serviço de limpeza começa muito cedo nos quartos. Mal encerra o café da manhã às 10h e as camareiras começam a bater na porta dos quartos. - O café da manhã é recolhido pontualmente às 10h. O problema é que não dão nenhum aviso aos hóspedes que estão fazendo a refeição no momento. Simplesmente começam a retirar as coisas, sem nem ao menos informar que vão encerrar o café ou perguntar se alguém ainda quer se servir de algum item.
