Don't ever book this hotel especially if you are booking it for the "free" airport transfer as they will charge you. They only tell you that it is free if you book thru them directly. I was shocked when I received my credit cards bill, I emailed and asked them what are the charges for and the manager told me that the transfer is not free and even have the guts to tell me to claim the amount from trip.com. Please book other hotels is better. They should have the courtesy to tell us that we will be charge for the transfer when I email and call them on the booking. I will be writing to the tourism of Australia to feedback.

Staff are friendly, clean and spacious rooms. Have and will book here again.

Spacious apartment near airport. My family and I only stayed for a night before an early flight out. 2-storey building with no lift so will need to carry up luggage. Car can be parked very close to the block so no issue there.

There is literally no one available to check you in. At resort prices in the industrial area. Too pricey, and no service. No breakfast buffet (considering the price)

This apartment is very close to the airport and very quiet, suitable for rest. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services, but it is charged separately. The actual room has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, and the space is relatively large, but the disadvantage is that there are no slippers and drinking water.

They said they would pick me up at the airport, and I called to confirm in the afternoon. But when I arrived at 1am, no one answered the hotel phone, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel, and I even asked the taxi driver to raise the price. It was such a weird experience. If you need to be picked up at the airport during non-working hours, choose this one carefully!

Very close to T3. Far away from the international terminal T1/T2. When I called the front desk to pick me up, I couldn't get through. It cost about 50 Australian dollars to take a taxi. The soundproofing of the room is very poor, almost no soundproofing. The elevator is not very convenient either. If you don’t have to live next to the airport, I wouldn’t recommend it. PS The blue jacaranda flowers at the door are beautiful!

Close to the airport, the two-bedroom apartment is very suitable for friends traveling together. The two bedrooms are not adjacent and have separate washrooms and showers, so the privacy is very good.
