We checked in and were brought to two separate people, telling us we were finishing up our check in, failed to tell us they were signing us up for a time share thing to attend until after it was all said and done. We were there for three days for our daughter's basketball tournament and had little time to sit in a 60-90 min sales pitch. Get to our room and start looking around, pull out bed has pee stains all over it, our bed had hair all over it, and I don't mean arm or head hair. I will not go back again after this weekend. We picked eagle Crest because a lot of people recommended it. Sad it had to be such a bad experience.

we rented a condo for our anniversary in December of 2018 and we love the hard work they put into the christmas lights everywhere people just come to drive through it ! The condo is super nice and quiet we had a great relaxing time and much needed and loved the snow ..

Everything was wonderful. Lots of room to walk and enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed the pool and the backyard with the chalet. The check in service was great. Beautful country. This is one of our favorite places to go.

Look forward to an endless array of outdoor fun there at Eagle Crest. From hiking trails, resort and challenge golf courses, to fitness classes, beautiful heated pools, restaurants on campus, beautiful grounds, Eagle Crest had it all for us! Everyone was exceptionally courteous and friendly.

Strong unpleasant smell especially in the hallways from I believe cleaning products. Old style round toilet vs the elongated type. The bathroom fan was loud.

Eagle Crest is probably the nicest resort we’ve ever visited. Resort property has restaurants, pools, bikes, gyms, 2 nice golf courses, a river behind with great trails for hiking and breathtaking views of mountain vistas! We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that was very large, well appointed and nicely decorated. Large picture windows showed off the beautiful mountain vistas, perfect morning view as well as gorgeous sunsets. Open floor plan with a wet bar and gas fireplace made us feel right at home. Location is perfect for exploring the many sights in central Oregon.

Awesome gyms. Clean units. Big units. Good golf courses. Plenty to do on sight. Challenge was temp outside was 90- and AC didn’t work. And they couldn’t fix
