LOCATION! Lakefront House with Dock near Hartwell Marina/Downtown Kayaks/Firepit

We have stayed at this home twice and hopefully we will again. This home accommodates us, our adult children and grandchildren.The home is clean and simply decorated and has everything we need and more. The dock allows for us to bring our boat and jet skis. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Me and my grandson take evening walks and see deer and rabbits. I brought butterfly nets this year for my grandson to catch lightning bugs and frogs, which are plenty in the evenings. We have made wonderful memories with our family here and look forward to making more.

The house was very easy to locate and access. It was very comfortable and provided all the expected amenities. Enjoyed watching the sun set from the dock. Would 100% book this house again!

Two things I would fix are the mattresses and it was hard to figure out the front lights.

We took the included kayaks out for fishing and water exploration. You'll appreciate the uniquely serene environment: boat traffic is low, and the home is situated across from a no-wake zone, ensuring calm water throughout the day.

Loved the house. It was exactly what I was looking for and I liked that it was only a small slope to the water not a big hill.

Everything we could have hoped for! The property was exactly what we were looking for to kick off our summer! We loved the proximity of the lake to the house. It was just a little walk down a gentle slope, which was perfect for my parents who are starting to have a harder time getting around. The home was stocked well with all the comforts of home. Communication with the property owner was excellent and she helped answer all the questions I had prior to the stay.We truly enjoyed our time at this lake house and we are hoping to repeat the trip next summer!
