Hotel is named now: elaya hotel regensburg city center ehemals Arthotel ANA Aurel Super hotel. Erg schappelijk. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Douche geeft veel water af dus goede waterdruk! Fijne tussenstop. Bedankt!

It's very good. It's worth recommending. It's very good. My friends like it very much. Next time, I'll take my family to check in. Breakfast is rich, transportation is convenient, and the couple's attitude is also very good.

A bit off the beaten track, about 15 mins brisk walk from the rail station and town centre. It seems to be a brand new hotel. Very quiet, with a spacious lobby and small but well designed rooms. Would certainly visit again, and Regensburg which has a lovely feel.

Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.

Good business hotel with nice breakfast. Nice bathrooms with a good walk in shower. Soap and shampoo etc. all in handy dispensers. Bed with just the right firmness. Good sound proofness of rooms.
Rooms are not huge but very well organized. Plenty of outlets and large flat screen TV. Will book again if closeby.
Modern hotel with a royal touch. Regensburg was one of the political centers of Europe in the Middle Ages and became world-famous thanks to the Domspatzen, a boys' choir. Our Holiday Inn - the niu, Sparrow Regensburg and its name also pay tribute to this singing figurehead of Regensburg. But don't worry: You don't have to be a singer to stay here. City travelers, families and business travelers will also feel right at home here. The design of our Holiday Inn - the niu, Sparrow Regensburg is an elegant fusion of modern Scandi style and opulent historically inspired elements with a medieval-royal character. The 258 rooms also have first-class amenities. Digital nomads, business people and city tourists will find everything their technology hearts desire: from smart TVs to Bluetooth speakers to screen mirroring. If you're coming by train you can also look forward to short distances. Our Holiday Inn - the niu, Sparrow Regensburg is located in immediate proximity to the main train station, guaranteeing excellent public transport connections. If you arrive by car you can park comfortably in the hotel's own underground car park.We are also well positioned in terms of service: In the morning an optional breakfast buffet awaits you for the perfect start to the day and at the bar in our Living Lobby we have drinks and snacks ready for you 24/7. Here you will also find a co-working space and the reception where our multilingual staff is available around the clock.

Well equipped hotel, 15 minutes walk from Regensburg old town. Stylish interior, clean bathroom, good variety for breakfast. Very nice idea: if we don’t need housekeeping, the hotel offers a drink since we are taking care of our environment. Only one negative experience is the parking: the hotel has a garage but actually impossible to find free lots. We had to park at the streets nearby which is a challenge.

Well I’m gonna write this review before the morning to see how breakfast is because as of now the overall experience with had with the front desk receptionist wasn’t the most pleasant. Check in went pretty smooth, when I booked it said we would get 2 free drinks due to being a silver member, well she gave us 3 since it was 3 of us, one being a child. We requested 2 key cards for both adults and once we got to the room neither keys worked. We checked the bathroom once we got in the room and only had 2 towels, floor towel and medium towel. We pulled out the sofa bed since it was 3 of us and wanted to have comfort. Well one of us went down and requested extra towels since we were short and some bedding for the sofa couch. The receptionist Marianne Holzer stated that because it was only 3 of us we did not need extra towels and that the room we booked was only for 2 which on the site showed it was for 3 people with a pull out sofa. Marianne Holzer started off okay but it ended up that she was not so friendly at all. She knew when we checked in it was 3 people and when explained that we didn’t have towels it was an issue. Last hotel we stayed at was very accommodating with towels since we did have an 8 year old with us who uses his own towel. Just confused what the issue was.

Excellent stay and value for money in a quality hotel. Superb staff who were most helpful. Flexible on check in despite me arriving early. Hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable and facilities are great. Wi-Fi very fast. Location is great for those travelling on autobahn. The one downside is a low number of facilities nearby, but this does justify a pleasant walk into the town centre (20-mins). I will definitely stay here again when I return for business. Highly recommended.

It is far from the old city and needs to drive or do public transportation. The German bus is not as convenient as the domestic one. The rooms are small, but very clean. There are very few urban tourists, mainly locals or Germans. Local restaurant waiters speak German and are not very friendly in speaking English.

Excellent
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, a Friday and Saturday night. We loved the place and their friendly atmosphere. Our room was nice and modern, with a large bathroom. The staff was friendly. The dining area was pleasant with an outdoor courtyard and tables and chairs. The breakfast was healthy and delightful, coffee excellent, and there were gluten free and vegan options for those that needed it. The hotel is situated sideways on a narrow, cobbled street in a kind of courtyard. We drove and the parking is easy -- parking garage with car entrance on a bigger street parallel to the narrow one -- and an people entrance right at the hotel door -- and we got vouchers for 10 euro parking a day (rather than 14). And yes, as people have said, there is a nightclub in the same courtyard. It was not hot out so we left the window closed -- the soundproofing from the windows was excellent and really didn't hear anything that kept us awake. And yes, the staff does leave at 8 -- we used our room key to get in and to use the elevator at night.
GGuest UserI cannot recommend this hotel if you are passing through heading south. Firstly, the female receptionists were rude and very unhelpful. We drove from Denmark to Croatia and booked the hotel both ways. I read on their website that they had a restaurant and that it closed at 9pm. On the way there, we arrived at the hotel at 8:10pm and were told there was a buffet and therefore they closed at 8:30pm. We had to hurry down to eat, which they reluctantly allowed because we arrived late. On the way back, we were told at the reception that the kitchen was closed, so instead of relaxing, we had to go out into the city to find some dinner. They had decided that everyone should have a glass carafe of water taken up to their room upon arrival. This was quite inconvenient when you were holding all your luggage and had to find your room by yourself. You then had to remember to bring the same bottle down with your luggage when checking out. Otherwise, you were asked to go up and get it before you could check out. One star for the mentioned receptionists.
GGuest UserWe arrived at midday and were able to have our room straight away. We had a friendly welcome from the receptionist. The room was clean and modern although quite small. We were staying for 3 nights and there was little wardrobe and drawer space, having said that we were comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus. It was only a short walk into the old town so we loved the location. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice. I was particularly impressed when I asked a member of staff if there were any more croissants available as they had all been taken and he actually went across the road to buy some more! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Regensberg is such a lovely place to visit and the hotel complemented it well.
GGuest UserWe travel with the whole family very often. I have a silver status in Accor Hotels, Ibis Card and my wife is a member of the Accor hotel chain. I have been working in the tourism industry for several years. Before going to this hotel, we stayed for a few days at the Ibis Styles hotels in Milan, Italy, at the Ibis in Lugano, Switzerland and also a month earlier at the Ibis in Nuremberg, Germany. Unfortunately, we are faced with a terrible situation in this hotel, the solution of which is only! the dismissal of this employee, who allowed himself, one can say, fraud actions! Situation; I reserved a hotel through the Accor Hotels application and left my card details. We arrived at the hotel with the whole family and paid! for the room immediately at the reception. After the payment, I asked for an invoice for this payment as it was a business trip. To this, this employee asked me for my debit card, took it in his hands and began to rewrite my personal data somewhere! I was in shock! I asked what are you doing? To which he replied to me that ”I should write down your card details to make you an invoice”. Why, I asked? Do you already have the data of my another one debit card in the Accor Hotels application and why can't you take the card data from there? Why do you need my second debit card details for an invoice at all? This is the first time I have encountered such a situation that someone takes client debit card into their own hands and rewrites personal data from it! I demanded him to return my debit card and this employee refused to do it! He refused to return my personal card! You understand! He refused to return my personal card and threatened that he would cancel my room reservation and payment for the room if I did not give him my personal payment card details! He started saying that you don't understand how the system works in Germany and you, that is, we are wrong! When we were at the Ibis Styles Milan and Ibis Lugano Swiss for three days ago and no one took my payment card in their hands and did not try to rewrite personal data from it! I have invoices for each month from the Accor Hotels chain and I know what the process of receiving them looks like! We were shocked! Have you ever faced such a situation! Horror and shock! After that, we started shouting and already addressing other hotel employees, this hotel employee threw us a payment card and quickly left! He just runaway! Another employee gave us a card to enter our paid room and told us verbatim - Go to your room! Get away from here! That is, he just sent us away from the reception desk to our room! We were shocked! Never before in our experience have we encountered such a thing! I work in tourism and could not imagine this situation! We wanted to call the police, but this employee just disappeared! I appeal to Accor Hotels to resolve this situation and dismiss this employee! As a silver member of the Accor hotel chain and the owner of the Ibis card, I demand that this employee be pu
MMogeltoftThe hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The twin beds were firm, and we were wonderful. We thought breakfast was too expensive (€ 10 / person), but there is a cookie - a cafeteria located 2 minutes, so don't worry The parking in front of the hotel is free (although it is a little difficult to find).
Very friendly and helpful reception, very varied breakfast - everything fresh and made with love - at the breakfast very helpful lady. Rooms smaller, but nothing was missing, for me a better view of the courtyard, where are the rooms quiet. The appearance of today's difficult time of Covid , all at the highest level. Everything is constantly disinfected, non-contact disinfectant gels everywhere. Beautiful Christmas decorations 🎄🎄🎄and especially the atmosphere, thank you very much 😘❤️🩹😘
