I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I booked a Queen size bed, which is a bit crowded for two people. I went to the front desk to communicate, and the front desk directly changed to a twin room on the 20th floor, so happy. The hotel is also connected to **. We visited the largest ** in Saskatchewan. It was a very good check-in experience. I would like to give a big thumbs up to the girl at the front desk of the hotel!

I love staying here. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, BATHTUB, excellent food options at the 1919 down at the lobby level. The coffee shop is A+. Gym/pool is a wonderful bonus. Secure underground parking. No complaints. Highly recommend!!

The room I got was small and felt cramped. The Hot tub doesn’t work properly the jets are broken and despite the hotel knowing all about it they still have yet to fix them. Overall not really worth the 200 dollars they want per night.

We stayed for 4 nights in July. Were charged $30.00 a night for under ground parking which in my opinion should have been no charge if you are staying at the Hotel. Our hotel room was clean but need updating. Very small bathroom and chances of getting hot water all the way through your entire shower were 1 out of 10. Very small closet in room and carpet was old and not the cleanest. Have to say though king size bed was very comfy. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were kind and courteous. However we did enjoy the walkway from the Hotel to the ****** and felt very safe using this feature. The highlight of our stay were the Staff at the Breakfast Buffet, Phyllis, Sheryl, and Vincent. They were absolutely amazing and always greeted us with a smile, or a handshake. They were always so attentive to my Husband's Gluten Allergy. During our time there we got to know them and in my opinion they treated us to 1st Class Service. When we left, we felt like we were leaving part of our family behind. These three are an absolute asset to this Hotel! Take care lovely Staff and keep the exceptional vibe going!!!

Love this hotel. Excellent service, comfy beds, quiet and clean. The restaursnt has great breakfast although the two daytime waitresses can be a little slow.

Check in & out was very easy. The staff friendly & very helpful. Easy access to ****** show lounge . Love the underground parking as we need handicap parking for my husband. We had heard prior to going that there had been a lot of vandalism going on in that part of Regina. Another reason we were glad to have underground parking.

Checkin was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and kind. The room was amazing. So clean and roomy. The room was big and beautiful and had all the amenities needed. The bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel. Close to the ****** and shopping plus the food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious.
