When we checked out the staff at the front asked for our payment for the room. We said we had already paid through trip.com, but she said she didn’t see it. It took her a while to check and suddenly she said we were free to go, without confirming our room was prepaid. She was not the nicest staff. Now we are worried we will be double charged.

We only stayed for few hours for a stop over sleep. Not much expectation giving the price. But still it was far from our expectation. Don’t really mind the stain on carpet floor, but bed sheet was disgusting that we could not sleep well. Breakfast was average but good enough for us before going on the second part of journey.

The morning breakfast was delicious we had really good service.

The room is relatively new, located in the eastern part of Regina, next to the east-west main road, with convenient transportation and a bus station. The room is large and fully furnished with simple kitchen facilities. There is a swimming pool and gym.

The hotel is next to Highway 1. It is easy to find. It also provides breakfast. Since it is a long-distance move, I stayed there for one night. It is not bad and recommended.

The breakfast is simple, but with apples and bananas, the quality is great!

The pool area flooring is disengaging. The entire hotel was dirty, the rooms, the hallways, and the outside had overflowing garbages. There were no pool towels available. When we asked about an extra pillow there were none available. The staff was friendly but the space needed a deep clean.

Breakfast was good. Our room needed some repairs, an older hotel. The pool was not as big as the pictures online made it out to be and also needs some repair, but the kids enjoyed the waterslide!

We loved the room, and enjoyed some use of the pool. However adult only time in the pool from 9-11pm would have been amazing since they're were so many kids we didn't really get a chance to enjoy it properly

First room, the mattresses on both beds were destroyed and visibly sagging. Mold in the bathroom that could have easily been removed with bleach and a good scrub. Second room the beds were better, but again mold in the tile grout and caulking. Room was not clean as we found someone's lost lipstick taking out the hide-a-bed. Sliding pocket door for our theme room was torn right off the tracks. Every room I have seen shows of abuse and neglect.

The hotel was very rundown and dirty in all the common areas. The bedding and towels were clean, but the floors in the room were sticky and dirty.

This hotel was not as described. This morning there was a man with no shoes on sleeping on the front entrance couch. Everything was dirty.

We had a terrible time dealing with them for booking our room directly with our group. Fortunately we were able to book through ******* which was far better. Only had to contact them three times to cancel the original booking.....
