Une excellente adresse, pour le restaurant, pour l’hôtel, au cœur du Beaujolais. Si vous êtes à la recherche d’un joli lieu, la Villa Alexandra est pour vous. Jolie décoration dans les chambres, bonne table, petit déjeuner gourmand. Il nous faudra revenir pour profiter du jardin, et de la piscine

We were the only UK car there, which is always positive.
Great test of the french language, they spoke English too however only found that out later!

Notre séjour à la Villa Alexandre a été parfait. Le Cadre est magnifique, apaisant, ressourçant au milieu des vignes. Notre chambre était décorée avec énormément de goût et de finesse. Le Restaurant avec des mets exceptionnels et d’une grande qualité nous a conforté dans l’idée que nous allions revenir à la villa Alexandre.

En réservant une chambre dans la Villa Alexandre on se doutait que l'on allait séjourner dans un bel endroit mais force est de constater que nos attentes ont été largement dépassées par la réalité. Un parc merveilleux très bien entretenu (notamment la pelouse "anglaise") avec des arbres majestueux entoure les diverses bâtisses de l'hôtel, un endroit intimiste avec un charme fou. Notre chambre spacieuse, calme, confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût (avec des matériaux de qualité) était située dans une annexe à la bâtisse principale, accessible en 1 minute. Parking spacieux et privé, piscine à priori très sympa (la météo lors de notre trop bref séjour ne se prêtait guère à une baignade), une belle terrasse et un très bon petit déjeuner. Quant au restaurant nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Salle à manger confortable, service aux petits soins, carte des vins correcte et surtout une cuisine goûteuse pleine de saveurs et superbement présentée....le tout pour un rapport qualité/prix plus que correct.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Hotel Villa Alexandre is very well appointed, with an excellent eye given to the finishing details eg the little curtain over the air conditioning controls to stop the light! The view from our bedroom across the vineyards was wonderful. We dined in twice and hugely enjoyed our dinner from the set menu. The small team of staff in this family run hotel worked extremely hard to ensure that we had the best of stays. We would highly recommend Hotel Villa Alexandre, and hope to return - perhaps in the summer when we can enjoy the pool and the terrace!

Nous avons passé une nuit étouffante : le chauffage ne pouvait être baissé et la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas ! Chambre 2 appelée Morgon est à éviter ! Pour le reste l’hôtel est tout à fait correct. Notre dîner était très bon malgré une carte laissant peu de choix

Ein unglaublich schönes Boutique Hotel mitten in den Weinbergen Beaujolais. Die Atmosphäre dieses Hotels wird geprägt durch den Charakter der alten Villa, die mit unglaublich viel Liebe und Charme in ein komfortables Hotel umgebaut wurde. Abends isst man auf der Terrasse mit Blick über die Weinberge, eine Atmosphäre, die kaum zu toppen ist. Das Essen war zudem hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich. Die positive Atmosphäre des Hauses setzt sich in den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern fort, in denen wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben.
