The hotel was worth the price, sesuai dgn namanya ”budget hotel” yg masih aman di kantong dengan fasilitas yang sesuai dan cukup memuaskan. Don't expect too much like you paid for the 5 stars hotel, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, i would definitely recommend this one. Thank you Ibis Budget!

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

Malaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

Stay there to attend wedding party however quite long walk to the venue. Good thing it link to the mall and we can find breakfast at the mall.

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

Overall our stay was good. The family really enjoyed it and the fact that it rain the whole weekend didn't ruin our trip as we spent most of our time in the mall and at tran studio. Best high light was the kiddy pool.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Located at Lembang, air was fresh and cool. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking and a lot of places to take pics. I personally like the Kids Cads, as their are activities for kids and the caretaker is highly attentive and experienced in children education. Pool was great but due to rain, the heated pool still feels cold especially for kids. Room was not as spacious as we thought it would be, but it's just okay and mini bar was free. Coffee from Inspira was actually good and i had it several cups. The twin bed is too small even for me and my 4 yo toddler to sleep in. Despite the low occupancy during fasting month and a request note for large bed, we didn't manage to get what we wanted. Food was okay, but i wish they have more varities of food especially menus that are more kids friendly like pasta. We tried both restaurants, Semeja and Monomono, found that we like monomono better. The overall experience was good. My kid likes to feed the fish, swim and play at the kids Cads. I love the plants nursery and gym. All staffs are very friendly.
