Brighton Suites Hotel

Hotel staff was awesome. Room was spacious and very clean. Only one block from beach and boardwalk. They also have free chair and beach towels for hotel guests. Which is a great perk And around corner from shops and restaurants would definitely recommend I would return again

Location is 5*. One block to beach and one small block to main avenue with all the shops, restaurants. Place is very clean, saw custodial staff cleaning elevators, handrails and everything. Room was very clean, daily cleaning was always by 9:30 am which was great, we were asked later in the day if we needed anything to. Room is enlarged glorified motel room with higher end soaps, bath accessories and beds including sheets and pillows. 24 front desk service and coffee station. Front desk people were friendly and courteous. Parking was right underneath in there garage, a little tight but parking in Rehoboth would be a nightmare to say the least. Didn't use the car at all only to visit Lewes.

Gross. As soon as we walked into the room there was a thermos style water bottle on the tv stand. I thought since we just passed housekeeping maybe they just forgot it. So I sat it outside in case they came back for it. They knock on the door 5 min later asking was this mine? Gross. I proceed to the bathroom to find a dirty sock under the vanity as well as the little foils on top of the toiletries. Yuck. I go down to the front desk to ask for towels for the next day simply because I was on my way to the parking garage (which has large holes and leaks in the ceiling). I explained what I had found and the front desk said we’ll send a basket full of towels and new toiletries up. I reiterated I was here for towels bc I prefer to not have cleaning services throughout my stay (anywhere). Next day a basket full of towels outside the door. Sigh. I leave and come back 4 hours later and my bathroom has been straightened up. Not living area nor bedroom area. I specifically had the sign on the door and had already received towels. No manager on duty as the the next days front desk said they come in at 9 and kind of come and go. So gross and rude. Go to the Avenue at the inn Avis’s the street. Hopefully I can add pics to this review.

This hotel is ideally located right in town, 1.5 blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. It’s clean, the rooms are big, daily housekeeping, has parking, and beach towels and chairs available for hotel guests. No frills and the hallways could use some sprucing up but generally an excellent value for your money and perfect location for enjoying downtown Rehoboth and the beach and boardwalk.

When you stay in a beach hotel, just focus on fun and the sand, not the hotel. The positives are it is a stone’s throw from boardwalk and the suite was quite spacious. On the flip side, the room heater never worked well and room was cold for the three days we stayed in the unseasonably cold days of April, no lobby of any meaningful proportion, no breakfast area, just one elevator with a sign to walk the stairs when out of order, complicated parking for some and service is nothing special to write home about. Plus you need lots of dough per night to stay. Three and half stars, but I rounded it up to four. Next time in Rehoboth beach, I’ll pass.

Walls very thin...could hear a vibrating phone on one side and talking on the other. Room was very clean and atmosphere nice but king mattress very hard. Bathroom small...two people very very tight. Garage parking very tight. Can't imagine summer visit with only one elevator. Indoor pool looked inviting but did not utilize.

What a delightful place!! The suites are roomy and completely outfitted! Comfortable and incredibly clean! Located in a fantastic location! Check in was very easy as was parking! Would highly recommend!

Conveniently located to the boardwalk and the boardwalk was nice. Parking is in an underground garage. Staff was good. The pool and the tanning deck were nice but we didn't use. It was a bummer because when we were there it rained. It is kinda cool/funky how the hotel is laid out.

My wife and I stayed at the Brighton Suites on our visit to Rohoboth Beach. Upon arrival we were met outside and directed to a car parking place under the hotel. The helpful staff member then assisted us with our luggage up to our room via the lift. The suite consisting of a bedroom and separate seated lounge with small kitchenette was smart, clean and spacious with everything we required for our 3 nights stay. The room was at the front and overlooked Wilmington Avenue which was quite noisy both with traffic late evening and early morning with delivery vehicles and a garbage collection truck. The suites are well located for the town restaurants/bars of which there are many from which to choose. Towels and chairs are available free of charge to take the short walk to the beach. Whilst we didn't use, the suites do have an indoor pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. An enjoyable stay.
