Very clean pet friendly and within walking distance to restaurants and conveniences. They have a wonderful great room/ kitchen area that was absolutely immaculate. There is also a beautiful walkpath for you and your furry travel companion to enjoy 😉

What a lovely location. Close to downtown. Quiet. Right by canal,why the name. Loved the balcony. The downstairs area was great,even though I did not use it much. You must try them out. I thought easy in and out. Can walk to a great restaurant called EGG.

This little gem is pet friendly and is located on a quiet street close to everything. The room is bigger than expected, and the guest lounge is huge! Checking in and out was a breeze. Just a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and shops (and it's a 5 min. drive). Only a 5-10 minute drive to the outlets as well. We enjoyed our stay and will surely return!

Great, quiet location with only 12 rooms which is nice, where you can take your dogs! Cute little path along the canal to walk them too. Very walkable location to Rehoboth. Rooms were clean and had easy, contactless check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

This is my first time staying at an independent property, rather than a name brand, so I was a little unsure at first, but they’re pet friendly and close to where we wanted to be for the weekend - something hard to find in season. The property has a nice curb appeal, it’s a little older of a building, but still quaint. The room was an even nicer surprise: well appointed, extremely comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding. The bathroom had wonderfully thick towels, although a little challenging in storage space — but I tend to pack more toiletries than anyone person needs. The room itself had ample storage. A mini-fridge and microwave were nice amenities, as was the mood lighting, and French doors to patio. The service was excellent, any point of contact was pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked well kept, although we didn’t use them. You can tell the family who owns this property is putting a lot of love into it. We would certainly stay again. They have a fair price point, and provide a genuine sense of hospitality.

Super cute and cozy place! I loved that it was dog friendly too! The pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Our room was very up to date and modern looking. The Canalside Inn offered free beach chairs, bicycles, etc to their guests to use while staying! Great place I would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient location to beach stores and food . Loved the pool and jacuzzi , very clean and room was very nicely done. No complaints! Great place for family, dogs or both. Win win. Plus nice lounge area too and ice machine . Check in was very easy no issues.
