The hotel is great, both the location and room design meet my every expectation, just the fridge noise in the room was so disturbing that could not sleep without earplugs. Receptionists on the first day lacked of patience, I asked about the parking, and the guy on the phone wasn’t helpful at all.

I am very satisfied. The hotel is very new, clean, and the equipment is easy to use. Especially this time, the front desk chose a corner room. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows on the 8th floor are particularly impressive. However, the hotel front desk staff is often not online. It takes five minutes to check in before someone comes. Once I came down to buy something, I didn’t buy anything when no one was there.

The most cost-effective hotel in Europe! The price is very suitable, only 700 yuan per night for 3 nights. Although the location is not in the old town, it is reachable by tram or 15 minutes on foot. There is a big shopping mall next to it, with fast food restaurants and a big supermarket, which is very convenient. If you take the bus, the bus station is 2 minutes away on foot. The hotel facilities are complete, and I especially like the two large windows and shower facilities. Although it is a bit annoying to pay a deposit when checking in, it was released 3 days after checking out, which is very reassuring. Absolutely recommended hotel for those who come to Strasbourg!

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and tidy, very nice, and the service is very good. It's just that breakfast is a bit expensive at 19 euros per person. The most serious problem was that Ctrip wrote the wrong address. When I got off the train at around 9pm, I was taken to another place in the wilderness, which shocked me. The room was very, very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The lobby is also very good. There is a bar downstairs, which is very good. It's a ten-minute walk to the cathedral, and right outside the hotel is a shopping mall and a music conservatory. Chinese people can still be seen everywhere. Breakfast is not very rich and the choices are limited. Quite satisfactory in other aspects.

Even though I booked a plan that included breakfast, I was told that breakfast was not included. The electrical equipment in the room was broken, and no matter how many times I turned it off, the lights in the room would automatically turn on after a certain period of time, so I was woken up by the lights every hour during the night, and I couldn't sleep well, and the next day... I had to work in the morning, but I was suffering from a headache from lack of sleep. Not recommended.
