This is the second time I stayed, and I feel that the treatment is not as good as the previous one. Not to mention that I secretly changed the room I booked. In the room, bedbugs are often found lying on the wall or on the bed. Let me ask the shopkeeper if he himself would like to share the bed with bedbugs? right? This store is mercenary, and its attitude is still very arrogant. Recently, it has been unfriendly to Chinese people. I don't recommend you to choose this hotel.

Milestone birthday celebration at Les Crayeres
Amazing stay at Les Crayeres. Very welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room in the chateau was clean and extremely comfortable.
Dinner at Le Parc , the 2 Michelin star restaurant on the property was truly an innovative and exceptional experience .
Restaurant staff were very professional and accomodating.
Overall a memorable stay to celebrate a milestone birthday.

Magiskt hotell, service utöver det vanliga.
Testade båda restaurangerna på området.
Le Parc med toppkvalite på både mat och service.
Le Jardin lite mer avslappnat men med fin service och mat.
Från det man stannar bilen tills dess att man åker därifrån så är det toppklass.

Incredible stay in the Champagne Region
Absolutely phenomenal stay. The castle is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the service is exceptional (attentive but not over the top) 100% would recommend

Wonderful hotel
Les Crayeres is exceptional. From the professional staff to the Michelin restaurant to the beautifully furnished room, we were comfortable all of the time. English speaking friendly staff. Walkable to Veuve Cliquot and Pommery, two of the oldest woman-owned businesses in the world.
