This is the second time I stayed, and I feel that the treatment is not as good as the previous one. Not to mention that I secretly changed the room I booked. In the room, bedbugs are often found lying on the wall or on the bed. Let me ask the shopkeeper if he himself would like to share the bed with bedbugs? right? This store is mercenary, and its attitude is still very arrogant. Recently, it has been unfriendly to Chinese people. I don't recommend you to choose this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel located within walking distance of most of Reims sights and attractions as well as many champagne houses. The rooms are elegantly appointed and spacious and the staff is very helpful, friendly and willing to go that extra step to ensure a wonderful stay. The Le Parc restaurant is not to be missed and the cocktail lounges are sumptuous and invite you to stay for a long time. We have been before and will return.

Je suis une grande voyageuse qui connaît bon nombre d’hôtels de haut standing en France et le domaine des Crayères figure largement dans le top 10 de ceux ci.
L’accueil est chaleureux, le lieu est splendide. Un hôtel qui mérite amplement ses distinctions ! Ne changez rien.

tout fut parfait repas d'une extreme finesse service a table digne d un ballet d'opera hotellerie tres confortable et pe(tit dejeuner extra souvenir imperissable le repas du soir au jardin fut tout aussi agreable conduit par des voituriers ayant des difficultes a me deplacer

I have stayed at many 5-star properties over the last 15 years and can only think of one that was at the same level as Les Crayeres. All the staff were very well trained and extremely helpful. Lucas at the Jardin is absolutely one of the best managers in a French Restaurant I have encountered. If you want to spend a couple of nights in a true 5-star property, then Domaine Les Crayeres in the one.

This is truly the experience of what you would expect from the Champagne region. Regal elegance, pristine grounds and rooms, exceptional service, and of course, Champagne. Do not hesitate to enjoy the breakfast before heading out on your Champagne tastings for the day - it is truly decadent and delicious. The bar is the perfect place to end your day, and the beds are incredibly comfortable for a good nights sleep. Above all, the service surrounding this experience is nothing short of exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book and if you can, the junior suite is sublime!

Tout est beau aux Crayères. Le magnifique pavillon Napoleon III, avec ses grands volumes et son mobilier d’époque, l’immense parc au gazon manucuré, les chambres au charme fou. Et en prime un personnel charmant, et le directeur qui vient vous saluer.
