I would like to share our NEGATIVE experience. Do not recommend, zero customer orientation. I really didn’t want to write it publicly, but after trying to talk with receptionist and the owner of the hotel, I would like to warn people before they book. Rooms are quite old, but I was okay with it. We took a suit with balcony (extra cost for balcony), specifically pre-selected hotel for families with kids. We were not able to use our balcony, and we had to close our windows, because our neighbours were smoking all the time on the balcony. We asked politely not to smoke, but they did not care. All smoke was coming inside our room. We asked management of the hotel compensation as we could not use our balcony, and had to stay inside with closed windows at this super hot weather (+32). Moreover because of poor separation between balconies, you hear your neighbours all the time. We were refused, and they really didn’t care about us. We were told by receptionist « that’s business, and we won’t forbid to smoke to our customers ». So they prioritise money and smoking clients, so it doesn’t fit for families, especially with kids! If something will go wrong, you will get zero help or compensation. Strongly do not recommend
