Très bon séjour passé à Mondorf-Les-Bains. Le SPA est clairement le point fort de cet hôtel. Les restaurants et parcs situés autour sont très agréables à visiter ! Le Personnel de l'Hôtel est très accueillant et agréable. Plusieurs choix de restaurants.

On a passé notre cure à Mondorf thermal pendant trois semaines a deux nôtre chambre était à Villa Welcom, a réservation on a demandé avoir deux lits séparés, À notre arrivée on nous a dit que Ville welcome ne possède pas de lit séparé! Comme solution on nous a proposé aller de l’hôtel principal et payer le double, malheureusement ce n’est pas budget qu’on prévue, en plus de ça il y avait pas de clim dans l’hôtel, il y avait juste une Ventilo transportable. Les points positifs de Hotel : Nettoyage était fais tous les jours, Le petit déjeuner était au top car on a eu droit d’aller à l’hôtel principal « parc hôtel » Autre bémol notre cure est finie Samedi est dans la réservation on a bien demandé départ samedi, mais Hotel vous force à payer pour dimanche! même si vous partez samedi à 8h du matin vous devez payer la chambre, ça je trouve pas juste ! Et quand je demande à la réception pourquoi on doit payer une nuit que on resterai pas ? la réponse est :c’est pas vous qui payer c’est la CNS! Donc je pense la CNS doit surveiller ça de près pour remboursement pour les Hotel!

La salle de bain et la chambres sont propres. Le déjeuner super top. Le personnel très agréable. Par contre mal indiquer pour trouver l'hôtel et la réception. Et il manque soit un panneau ou un rideau à la douche.

Logement agréable, équipé et très propre! Je le recommande 😁 Si je devais recommander quelque chose se serait de modernisée et rafraîchir les chambres 🤔 Se situe à côté du centre Spa, personnel agréable et professionnel. Nous avons passer un bon séjour.
