I have stayed 1 night in normandy hotel. It was my worse stay ever in a hotel in UK.
Rooms are so small you’ll stand from bed and hit the wall,
bed mattress are small sized and old, springs are bent from sides, if you lay in side you’ll feel like falling down,
No lighting on the ceiling just you will get two small bulbs on side of beds and a table lamp,
Everything seems to be broken or ages old
Lifts and corridors look like you are in a ******* hotel
And the best thing in the morning, Someone will start drilling the floor of one level above and you will feel like earthquake.
I was a nightmare for me, my wife and 5month old baby to stay there.
I would never recommend anyone to in this sub standard place.

My self and partner was in on Wednesday evening for for dinner before leaving for airport, was recommended the chicken balmoral by my server Rebecca which was a great suggestion, I was gonna order the banana waffle again on recommendation of Rebecca and was waitin for her to return from the kitchen when all I can say is the shouting and screaming from the kitchen was unbelievable, Rebecca then returned looking visibly shaken by what sounded like she’d been shouted at like a little girl. I decided against desert, paid and left Hopefully she is ok and whoever balled at her is spoken to as the noise carried all over the restaurant Rebecca service was amazing and no faults with her all all

really great hotel pre flight , our flight was 6am and our airport shuttle was there at 4am sharp and we were dropped off in 5 mins , transport to and from airport perfect , great for parking the car while on holiday , rooms nice and clean , food great , service very good.

Very nice hotel. Exterior looks like the 1970's a bit but don't be put off, inside is modern, clean, and we'll put together.
Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is free and the location is good for the airport and central Paisley.
Food is good, and they have a vegan menu if that's your thing.

The rooms were really nice. You could tell everything was new and probably recently refurbished. We had an executive room and a twin. Very happy! Brekkie was yummy. The lounge area is very welcoming. Great location for our gig in Bellahouston park.

Rooms very comfortable and equipped overall good stay highly recommended staff freindly and attentive upgraded since last stay food also very good great stopover for the airport car parking while on holiday free transfers to and from the airport
