The location of the hotel is good as it was at the walking distance to the entrance of Dan Xia Park. Except Ms Xiao Qian (小钱), who is friendly and patience , the rest of the staffs need to be improved. When I requested for a non-smoking room as stated in the booking voucher, Ms Xiao Qian explained to me that all their rooms are actually smoking room. She further assured that if I found the room not comfortable, she would change for me immediately. I accepted her friendly advice. In fact, the room which assigned to me was very clean and fresh.

The service is warm, the parking lot is sufficient, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is right at the gate of the scenic spot, which is convenient and easy to find.

The room smells of smoke, everything else is ok

The transportation is convenient and the service attitude is good. It is the unreasonable layout of the hotel rooms. The elevator has to enter the security door. The room is set up and down, and the number is not easy to find. It feels like a security risk. I don't know if there is no window, there is smoke smell, toilet smell. The worst thing is the sound insulation. I don't know if it's next door or upstairs. I played mahjong all night at one or two o'clock, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. When I woke up in the morning, the management feedback was positive. It is suggested that I should report in time. Then a gift was given.

訂了家庭房，來韶關當天訂的 1，酒店就在景區門口，國道旁邊，交通方便 附近也很多吃飯的地方 2，衞生做得很好，乾淨整潔，房間也乾爽 3，服務員也貼心，給住宿的用户的行程做攻略 還有停車場 整體來説都不錯

前台幫忙升級了房型。接待處的飲料很解暑。總體來説，居住體驗不錯。如果能在房間裏提供一個可以裝衣物的打包袋就更好了。印着酒店logo和聯繫方式，也能起到宣傳作用。

出行很多次了，也聽説過維也納很多次。但入住還真的是第1次，太驚喜了！因為這次去丹霞山是説走就走的旅行，早上才定下要去的，馬上買高鐵票，下午入住酒店。完全沒有做什麼攻略，前台的小姐姐給我很多有用的指引。開始訂的是一天，當天晚上又訂了第二天，但因為房源緊張，衹能訂另外一個房型，帶着孩子換房間很麻煩，又要收拾東西，所以嘗試向前台提出同房續住，前台小姐姐也幫我協調解決了。真的很感謝，以後也會入住維也納，價格不貴，性價比很高，早餐簡單實在，家人也滿意。

就在丹霞山景區大門口，進出景點十分便利。周圍餐飲眾多，食住方便。住房乾淨整潔，設施也比較上檔次，服務態度很好！早餐食品豐富可口。在丹霞山高檔酒店不多的情況下，是一家不錯的選擇！點贊！

靠近景區門口，為了安全和衞生選擇的連鎖，對應房價來説超出預期。早餐不貴選擇多管飽，不能追求口味。房間自帶三款充電線接頭還是挺貼心的。提示：可以跟前台溝通優惠訊息。

設施：可惜房間沒有免費電影看（在韶關曲江區維也納沒看完的電影，在這裏衹能付費看完了）；但居然有自助洗衣房，比較意外。 衞生：不錯。 環境：就距丹霞山入口50米處，很方便。 服務：前台服務員很認真負責，還提供了讓我們不踩雷的農家菜，很棒。

這次入住體驗感非常不錯，酒店就在景區門口，前面有很大的停車場，酒店衞生乾淨，房間也很大，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，這個酒店是我這次旅行入住的最舒服的一個，以後來還會選擇。
