衞生態度都挺好，但是我訂的是大床房，後面不知道為啥衹留給我一個雙人床，而且在一樓，外面比較吵，體驗感很差！

這次我因為是去考試訂的酒店，前一天預訂的酒店顯示豪華大床房，但是我們前台説已經沒有了，給我們安排的標間。
首先，按照我們預訂要求，將原本30平米的豪華大床房換成十幾平的標間，這是不符合要求的，不能因為我們晚來了就隨意換房間，將原本預訂的房間賣給別人。這屬於侵害我們入住人權利了。那我提前在網上定有什麼用？
其次，我們入住房間發現房間並沒有打掃，被子凌亂，地上有水，拖鞋洗漱杯到處都是（如圖下圖），我們需問前台，前台説阿姨下班了，前台才來給我們換了被套這些。
第三，標間顯示有窗户，但是窗户衹有一本書打開那麼大，而且窗外是牆，相當於沒有窗户。涉及虛假宣傳。
最後，房間密閉不透氣，有一股味道，衞生條件也差。體驗感極差，我是一分都想給！
