The stay was not satisfactory.. below are the reasons and the hotel can improve on the same. 1. Tag name- room with window is just tag. Windows are hardly 2 ft. wide that is also near the bathroom. It has no meaning. One will be a happier room without a window as he/she will end up paying less. 2. The surroundings of the hotel building are very dirty especially on the window side. Seems the hotel is dumping their garbage just outside of the building. 3. The entire inside hotel was smelling bad on the 2nd day of the stay. 4. A clear rule board is displayed in the restorant area that "pets are not allowed inside the restaurant". This does not apply to the owner of the hotel. They were roaming in the hotel area with their dog. This is unfair and misrepresentation of the rule. 5. The room was unclean when they allocated 106. It was smelling bad. The bathroom mat was dirty and was not clear. And we had to literally insist on them to change it. To which they were not ready initially. 6. The room bell and intercom was not functional. On the 2nd they went to check the intercom and one staff member changed the device however, the same was still not working. We asked them to leave it. 7. The hot water was not coming and the staff checked the same, went and never returned with the resolution. On the 2nd day we requested for a bucket with hot water to which they denied saying it is not in the rule of the hotel. 8. We saw more than couple of family unhappy while they were checking out on 2nd day. Two of the family/couple left strain on the bedsheet which might be unintentional. The hotel were asking to pay INR 500/- per bedsheet which hardly hote must had baugh in bulk in not more than 200/- bucks. 9. On the 2nd day we had left the hotel at 9 am, and gave the room key for cleaning. We returned from the beach at 12 pm and till the time room was not cleaned by the staff. We had to wait for more than an hour to access the room again. 10. The water bottle on the 2nd day was not given proactively. We had to ask them for the same. Conclusion: The hotel has a lot of issues and points to work on for a satisfactory stay. We also saw that the staff were not co-operative with the guest and sometimes rude in the conversation. Good things: 1. The swimming pool was clean and long enough. 2. The hotel has a parking space.
