The room facilities are very new, the staff are also very nice, the heating is very hot, but I may not have found the hair dryer.

I can absolutely sympathise with people who struggle to get in and check in to this hotel. When you book through a 3rd party app, you do not receive your room number or entry code. The check-in process is then an adventure of trying to shout into a tablet near the front door, for a call that lasts maximum 2 minutes before it disconnects and you have to try again. The layout is… odd… to say the least, but if you follow the signs you can eventually end up at your room (if you find some of the doors that work, not all do). The maintenance person who broke into our room while we were out forgot to lock the door, so we were at risk of all of our things being stolen, which wasn’t ideal. The room itself was nice, location is good and as long as you don’t need anything, you are getting what you pay for.

Stayed a second time just due to the price and decent location. The check-in process is horrible via third party apps like trip.com as you don’t receive your room number and entry code. The general review I can give is “you get what you’re paying for”. Reykjavik is expensive and this place is decent enough.

Everything was perfect. The room size is excellent. We stayed at another place in Iceland before coming to this hotel. The best part was the water from the tap; unlike the other place, there was no unpleasant smell due to sulfur content at Aska. I would rebook, if I am visiting Iceland again. The best part about Iceland is, bus stops are near to all the hotels.

Stunning in every way. Comfortable warm room with everything you'd need. And a short walk from BSI bus terminal and also to the town. Will be back for sure!

The hotel facilities are very comfortable and the items are all new. I am very satisfied. The only problem is that the sink is too close to the shelf. I feel like I will hit my head when washing my face. But it is not a big problem. The front desk is also very gentle.

Suitable for self-driving travel, the view from the window is great. But if there is a strong wind outside, I will not be able to sleep at night because the door is not clean and often makes a "bang bang" sound. It is so noisy that I can't sleep, which is very disturbing! 

The facilities are very new and the location is close to the city center. I am very satisfied with everything. The waiters clean up the room every day. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The service is 24 hours a day. It is very convenient. My room happens to have a terrace and the view is very good! Recommend everyone to stay! The only drawback is that there is no breakfast!

The location of the hotel is less than the city center. The advantage is that there is free parking. The disadvantage is that there is no front desk staff. To check in, you have to call the Tab outside the door. After calling three times, I successfully obtained the room number and door password. Room 205 is very dark, but the size is OK. , the bed is comfortable, there are two chairs, a small refrigerator, electric water bottle, etc., but there is no table or cabinet, so everything is placed on the floor (there is a suitcase stand). The shower water pressure in the bathroom was strong, but the drain design and water outlet were not strong enough. I had to spray the shower head against the wall with my handheld shower head, but the water flooded after a while. It was very difficult to take a shower, so I had to finish it quickly. The water temperature is very good and there is also a dry towel rack. I booked a room several months in advance so there was no discount. I saw the last discount a few days ago was more than 400 yuan a night. If I book it for more than 800 yuan a night, it will be very cost-effective.

The structure is new and you can reach the center in a few minutes. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. There was also a kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room. Good experience

The shower was slanted and this made shower difficult with water flying everywhere but it was clean and very comfortable. Lovely staff. Good location near vegan cafe.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Hotel is very nice and loved the modern look.
