Spacious room and straight-forward checkin. Bathroom was not very nice.

Good location for stay in reykjavik. But the washroom a little but dirty.

The apartment is located very close to the city centre so walking into the town to go shopping and drinking is very easy with buses also within walking distance. Honestly the walls are quite thin as you can hear people walking into the apartment from the front door into the neighbouring apartments. Me and my partner had a very comfortable 5 nights there as the heating is very strong the shower is nice and warm, and there is enough Delf and cutlery for about 4-6 people if necessary. For it's affordable price given its location so close to the centre I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to sleep on your trip to Iceland

There’re a lot of kitchenware in the room which I liked the most about it. The room is big and clean. Location is not bad. The staffs responded quickly and were friendly. Good place to stay if you wanna save money by cooking meals yourself.

Environment: In the center of Lei City, the location is very good. Next to the old street, there are many Internet celebrity shops and several Chinese restaurants. This location is very convenient to go anywhere, just walk. Service: All self-service check-in. If you arrive at the door in the morning, someone may help you check in. They will send an email a few days before check-in. If you don’t receive the door password or something, you need to contact them, otherwise, like us, you have to stand in the cold wind for 10 minutes to communicate with them and then send us an email Environment: The room you stayed in is quite large, larger than ordinary hotels, but we are a little noisy on the first floor. There is a smell of rotten eggs in the room, but this is the smell of sulfur water. At first I thought it was from the sewer. There is no water barrier in the bathroom. If the water is turned on, it is easy to flow outside. While taking a shower, I scraped it with a mop This price-performance ratio is OK there. The room is large and the location is excellent, so its shortcomings can be ignored

Property conditions are kind of old but was ok to stay. Easy to check in and out. Sofa bed was broken and was not able to use it.

Good location with parking and easy to walk around the city from the there. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

We arrived late & check in instructions were super easy & convenient to follow! Parking was easy & right in front of the building. Room was clean however not a fan of the shower, it’s just in the bathroom so when you shower water goes everywhere. Also reserved the room for 3 people & we only had two towels. Bed was not super comfy. Overall it worked for what we needed which was a few hours of sleep before heading out to explore the city.

My husband and son stayed at the apartments and realised the water there was very foul smelling that they had to skip baths and brush their teeth with mineral water they bought. The place was accessible and convenient Furniture was very dated. This apartment was after they had experienced Northern Light Inn and another basic Inn on their Iceland trip which were all good.

Location was ok, not that close to the part of downtown you want to be in, especially with grandparents and a stroller in winter. We were going to open up the couch and turn it into a bed, but it was disgustingly dirty. The information in the room said the washer and dryer were free, but when you get down there, you have to download an app to pay for it. The app would not work for us, even after using the chat/help for the app. When we tried to talk to the manager on duty, he didn’t offer any help, when I called out for help in the “staff area”, no one responded, even though I could hear them in there. When I emailed them to ask for help, no one responded. We travel a lot, and almost always have good experiences, but felt abandoned and uncared for here.

Our room was exactly as advertised and was exactly what we expected. It was an economy price, one room, and perfect for our family of three. It was a bit cramped, but we expected that and it was fine for our short two-day stay. We could cook and hang out no problem. It was warm and we were grateful as it was winter and cold.

Really kind and friendly staff ready to help accommodate our needs for the hotel. Dishes and kitchen were clean and easy to use. Would have liked more than one towel per person but it was nice we could switch them out for our longer stay. Felt very safe and good location to walk all parts of the city.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed a lot staying here and we could also see the nothern lights from the terrace. Recommend here!

Staff were incredibly lovely, especially the receptionist. Apartment was small but had everything you need, and the location is great.
