Good location, good parking, good hotel with nice environment and rooms. Service at reception is very busy and lacking help. Toilets are spacious but bathtub in my room cannot be filled up. Hairdryer is provided as well and slippers and free coffee machine in the room.

Very big and beautiful hotel with free parking, the tap water is drinkable and hot water is spring water! it’s a very comfortable stay in Iceland.

Room clean and tidy, quite a big room for three people. Staff helped fold our clothes which was nice. Good location, near the meeting points of tours, and even one could pick us up in front of the hotel! Brilliant breakfast with various kinds of food. Had an enjoyable stay here!

The hotel location is excellent. And most of the local tour will have a pick up from this hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel was a bit far away from City centre but the breakfast and dinner buffet in the hotel was very good

Hotel staff are lovely and very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Food is terrific and the lobby is impressive.

Quite a distance by foot from the center… they do provide a one way shuttle to the city Center, pity it’s only 2 trips per day at 1000 and 1700. The courtyard facing rooms really do open to the lobby view, I got a ground floor unit which was quite noisy at times.

Hotel located at a quiet edge of Reykjavik - good for people who like to stay close to city center; no restaurant/shop immediately next to hotel but everything is 10mins walk away

It was a windy day on the day of check-in, and there was a strong wind noise in the whole room. The front desk staff provided good service, and after communication, we changed the room, but there was still strong wind noise, which was probably due to the weather + the building itself.

The hotel is great, with complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich, the parking lot is large, and it is suitable for self-driving. The road from the airport to the hotel is easy to drive. The hotel is very conspicuous and easy to find, and it is only five minutes away from the city center. There are many reception travel agencies, and I met many groups. It is very popular.
