We stayed in a room with an independent entrance and a small terrace, very spacious, excellent. Parking out front was easy and we walked to the zoo, very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel and all the dishes were very tasty. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was completely wet when we took a shower, but we dried with towels on the floor after the last person finished.

Hotel should not participate if they offer so little choice if you come with a bongo voucher. There is room on the site, but for people with a voucher they only have it on Sunday evenings. Just don't join Bongo if you don't want us in your hotel. On the phone they say that we don't deliver anything....

Well located hotel. Easily accessible by car or public transport. Near the entrance of Oudehand's Zoo. Room was neat and sufficiently large. Do ask for a room at the back, as you will be bothered by traffic on the street side. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was very small, staff very friendly. The huiskamer was nice for hanging out at night. Plenty of parking. Housekeeping came every day and replenished coffee and tea. Loved dining at Magnolia.

Cozy atmosphere, good restaurant; far too much noise from the motorway in the rooms (why no shutters instead of awnings) and had a fire alarm twice, on two consecutive days, after which a voucher was offered for the next visit. So I didn't get much sleep!

On the plus side . Bed was very comfortable. On the negative side . I was misinformed that sauna didn’t work when it did . Also food portions in restaurant were minuscule . 3 mouthfuls and it was gone . Not a great deal for 18 euros plus . Also the lighting in the restaurant was so bad you can’t see what you’re eating . I also found receptionist who ‘dealt’ with the sauna issue was rude and abrupt . I was told someone was going to contact me about it but they didn’t
